Just wanted to say THANK YOU for the FOOD POISONING!!! My mother and I ate chicken wings and now we're BOTH under the weather... and showing signs of food poisoning. Do you people not know how to clean and cook properly?! Makes me wonder how many otherpeople got food poisoning from pizza hut. Okay so this place has new management and it's a bit hit or miss but to be fair they are having workforce issues and are in need... of hiring people. We usually order on the app and when we do it's perfect sometimes though when you go in to the restaurant youdon't get what you order... but if you let them know they will change it. Read more
Stopped in spur of the moment for a P'zone. Mentioned that we're just eating 1 and taking the other to the hotel with a salad so... we don't have to go out for food. Natalie went above, beyond and out of her way to make it the best service we've had during our1,000+ mile trip. She put our salad in a to-go container with plenty of dressing, crackers, cutlery, plates -everything we wouldneed to have a great salad with our dinner. She put our 2nd P'zone in a to-go box with sauce and everything we may need. Shedidn't have to go above and beyond like that, but she really impressed the heck outta me. All of the tables were filthy. The staff act like it was an inconvenience to clean them and we were the only people in the... building. My son asked for root beer, the staff brought just a water. I had to ask again. Service is terrible, there was a staffmembers children running behind the counter. Very unprofessional. They would hate me as a manager because that laziness and dowhatever would be over. Read more
