Fast seating without a reservation on a summer Saturday evening. Attentive server staff. Prices a bit high to me, but it's a... tourist area so likely average for the vicinity. Food took about 20 minutes from order to table. We had chicken moléenchiladas, shrimp fajitas and chicken fajitas. Went to Caliente for dinner. It was a great dining experience. We went near closing so there wasn’t much of a crowd, but you... are still able to place a reservation if you would like. The restaurant atmosphere is very nice and the staff were welcoming.The food is pricey as most of the main courses were around the $25 to $35 range. I would recommend coming here if you’relooking for a nice place to eat and don’t mind paying the money. Read more
Such a delicious spot is Lake Tahoe! Great atmosphere, great service, and delicious food! A bit pricey but it’s expected! Very... vegan/vegetarian friendly! I ordered the wet burrito, with veggies instead of meat and no cheese or sour cream. I also orderedsalsa and chips as an appetizer! It was a super filling dinner and it’s beautiful since it’s outdoor seating area! We endedup going two nights in a row of our trip, will definitely back next time we’re in tahoe! Read more
Great Location. Great Food. Great Drinks. Okay Service. Overpriced for Portions. Had a lunch reservation and was seated... promptly. We got a rooftop patio table overlooking the street facing the lake and had fun people watching. Menu was comical withthe name of drinks and descriptions. They seemed understaffed as our server didn't stop by more than the times to get ourorders. We got Heart On & Just The Tip (rum) for drinks. For appetizers, we ordered guacamole, which was great but came withsmall oily thin chips. The ceviche was so delicious but served on top of a single halved avocado (definitely wished for biggerportion when it costs $21.) As for an entree, we split a wet burrito (chicken) that was decent sized and really good. For all ofthat, our bill came to $100.67 (hence, the 3 stars for overpricing issues). Read more

Had a great lunch on the upper deck. This spot is lively , right across the street from King's Beach. Food, service and ambiance... is great. I got there right after opening so I had a good seat. It does fill up fast after 5pm . Read more
