We stopped in b4 going to the Hippie Fest in Salisbury NC And the Chicken was soo fresh and pintos were so delicious and hot..... Biscuits were fresh and hot as well..We throughly enjoyed it.. and someone behind us paid for our breakfast, we've never hadthat done before..and a big SHOUT OUT to ever who paid for it, THANK YOU AGAIN ????????????????????????????????And the SteakBiscuits were frsh hot and delicious too! Every single time I come they ask what side I would like. I tell them Bo-Rounds. They choose to give me something else instead.... Every time I?ll order from here it never fails to always have something missing from the sauce, to the actual side itself, orjust be burnt or old. The workers will lie straight to your face if you ask them if something is in the box. Don?t trust them.Check it for yourself because I guarantee it?s going to be missing. 5/5 times now have been messed up. Read more
I'm updating a previous post on this place. Stopped in for a late breakfast to a happy, warm greeting. Even thought at the time... everyone needs someone like this as the face of the company. Got my meal, sat down and then got to witness an acknowledgement ofthis person by Bo execs. 1. If you have a person like this in your business...pay them as much as you can. 2. We always go to Bojangles we enjoy the food mostly breakfast ???????? biscuits with egg, cheese ,????, and tater rounds. Steak... biscuits, OJ it's a good Morning or lunch or supper any time meal. The people are always friendly to Us. Read more

I?m a huge fan of Bojangles. However, this one is awful. I?ve gone there a few times and service has been terrible. Order has... been messed up each time. For example in my pictures one they left out the fry?s completely. Gave us ranch instead of honeymustard. The chicken was way over cooked. Probably bc they were smaller than my pinky. Overall, just awful location go to eitherthe one on 274 off exit 14 on I85 or go to the one off of 74 in Shelby. Read more
I went on two separate occassions 6/12 and 6/23. Ordered 2 piece breast and wing . Both times I was given a thigh and drum . On... the second visit I even explained that they messed my order up on 6/12 and to please make sure I got a breast and wing this time. Yet they still messed my order up. Read more
Wings too small , and a lil dry. The young lady at the window on 11/23/22 around noonish was definitely a sweetheart!
