Place is absolutely garbage. Ordered an italian cheese bread online, it took them over 30 minutes for them to confirm that it... was ready. I go in pick it up not thinking to look in the box to make sure everything was good. Get home and find one that lookslike its been sitting for 4 hours. No butter on it and the cheese was hardened from sitting for so long. Find a different littleceasars. Read more
Took nearly 30 minutes to get our two hot & ready pepperoni pizzas and an order of bread sticks. After we ordered and waited,... one of the guys that had been in the kitchen before making the pizzas ended up having to come to the front to give us our food.He was really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Ordered a pizza and a drink online, for ONCE they had the pizza done at a decent time. They did not have any diet drinks which I... ordered. Would NOT give me a refund and the guy just said okay bye and walked to the back. Finally another employee offered me awhole pizza instead. How can you give me a whole pizza I didn't pay for but I can't get my $3 back for the drink I ordered thatyou did not have?! Also said I had to contact Pepsi to get a refund. Read more
Staff was super friendly but when I got home and opened the box the pizza was still pretty wet and doughy. I couldn't get anyone... to answer the phone when I tried calling the store location. Ended up just tossing it in my oven and baking it for another 10mins Read more
Waited almost 45 mins after 9 pm and without receiving any notification that my order was ready sent my husband in to check on... it. One employee was standing outside talking on her cell phone, the other acted like he had no idea what his job was as heshuffled through a bunch of different orders to finally get ours together. Who knows how long it?d been sitting there. Get home,one pizza is wrong and the other is so gross and undercooked and had wayyyy too much sauce I really just want to toss it in thetrash. If this branch can?t hire someone who actually shows up to do their job correctly then maybe they should just shut itdown because this is probably the worst experience I?ve ever had anywhere. This place always BLOWS my mind at how awful their service is at this location. I?ve never known it to take 30+ minutes for 2... Hot & Ready pizzas, but this makes the 3rd time at this location it has. I sent my 14 year old son in to get the pizzas andafter 20 minutes of waiting I go in. Once I asked about my food then they tell me ?10 minutes til its ready and only then decideto put it in the oven. I know this to be fact because he had to ask to see the receipt so he could tell the pizza maker what weordered. Child or not they should be treated with the same respect as all other paying customers! I witnessed 3 other customerscome in, order, and leave (not mobile or online orders) while my son still waited. 3rd time was the charm we will not botheragain. Read more
Got there 30 minutes before closing and all they had was cheese pizza. The stiff cheese bread was flat like they didn?t use the... right measures in making the dough. If I get there 30 minutes before closing I want my pizza the way I want it. This store needsa new team that takes pride into their job. Read more
I walked in and there was already 7 people ahead of me. The 3 guys working were busy working as fast as they could to take care... of all the customers. They were pleasant, friendly and you couldn't ask for anyone to hustle to take care of all the customersanymore than these guys were. Read more
