Plain black coffee was nasty , I think starbucks is overrated.
Just tried the Pineapple passion fruit drink in lemonade, tart sweet refreshing and delicious. Spotless clean friendly staff... never disappointed. It's our once a week treat. Read more
I had to run in the store at ingles and decided I wanted to get Starbucks.. there was a girl working there; her name is Candice.... She was probably the most nicest and welcoming person I have come across when going to Starbucks! When going to Starbucks, askfor Candice! She?s the best!! Read more

Baristas are rude, everytime I have came here it seems like the baristas are rushing you out of there. One literally slid my... drink across the counter to the point to where it almost fell off and as soon as I was going to say something she said in such afake and sickly sweet voice ?Have a great day?. Rude as heck. Also if you want to redeem stars apparently at this location youcan?t. Asked the lady nicely if I could redeem stars for a cup and she cut me off and was like ?We don?t accept stars here.?Didn?t even let me finish my sentence. I love coming to this location...but I feel like over the past 5 months it has really gone down hill. The past few times I've... gone, my drink has been made wrong and I've either had to reorder or just drink what I was given. For example, I ordered aventi tea and there was one tea bag in my cup...I basically was drinking a $5 hot water. It seems like most of the employeesare high schoolers who prioritize hanging out with their friends instead of work. The customer service is fantastic but thedrinks lately have been very disappointing. Read more
It's Starbucks.....they are smart to be at main entrance to store.....very convenient.
