the guy (who is obviously newer and learning) asked the girl what something was - and she told him ham and capocollo - so he... added it. (He asked what the beligoso was - which is the Mozzarella) but I didn?t correct them bc it wasn?t a huge deal and Ididn?t want to argue or embarrass either one - however when it came to ringing it up- she was confused so she started removingthe sticker (with the same gloves she?s been using at the cash register) and literally messing in the sandwich touchingeverything - never spoke to me - but was showing him the wrong meat and he reminds her that he asked her - that?s when shefigured out he was asking about the mozzarella- (again she never speaks to me but I can obviously hear them) Without sayinganything to me - she starts remaking it - WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES- (with a bad attitude no less) but when she gets to themozzarella they?re out so she ask him to grab some from the back - he comes back and they don?t have any so she goes back to thesame sandwich that?s she?s already touched everything in, and removes the mozzarella from that sandwich and goes to put it onthe new one - at which point I said you cans top and refund the sandwich I?m not eating that She never apologized she neveractually said anything to me once she figured out the issue She did finally remove the original gloves when she refunded mymoney Let me explain - all she should have done was say ?I?m sorry we?ve used the wrong eat - is this okay (if it was ring itup as the 12 I ordered and love on) OR would you like us to remake it ? Heather was my sandwich artist. She was very busy but took time with each customer. She was great, and made the sandwich exactly... as I liked it. Heather was friendly, courteous and professional. If you go to this shop, she makes the visit there as enjoyableas can be. Read more
This is 1 of 2 of my favorite subways. They kind, quick, and their sub art is awesome (thats what an employee told me they are... referred as). If you want to go to a Subway definitely try this location out 95% chance you won't be disappointed. Read more
Me and my family go here a lot and I have always loved this place
Our first few visits we're good. Now there are new employees who clearly have not been trained to make wraps correctly. We have... been three times now and they can't get such a simple thing right. Please train your employees in cleanliness and proper foodpreparation. We live 2 miles from there but we will drive to the other one in KM. Read more
A my first visit to this location was great. Everything had been cleaned and it was nice and fresh. This visit however was... completely different. The two people working the counter we're talking to each other and they didn't stop when we came up. Thesneeze guard was not clean. The preparation surfaces were not clean. The tables were not clean.
