Had the vegetarian calzone at the Kingsburg location. It was really good. Just would suggest they saute the veggies first so the... bell peppers are a little more done and the mushrooms release a little juice before cooking it in the calzone. Update 8/13/22 Told 15 to 20 minutes for pickup. Been waiting over 40. Update 3/21/22 I have ordered 3 times since the owner... has reached out to me. All three times the service has been far improved, and the food is of the highest quality. I am happy tosay that I see good changes, and I hope that it stays this way. ------ My family loves their pizza, it is delicious. Howeverthe service for the last several months is appalling. I have once been placed on hold for 45 minutes. I have several other timescalled and they don't answer. Today was the final straw however. I placed an order for pickup. Called ahead an hour. Went in topick up and they didn't have my order. It then took 5 minutes for someone to conform they didn't have my order while leaving mestanding in front of the store. They didn't even just tell me, I had to ask. This place has become trash, and they don't careabout their customers. I will not return. Nickolaus I came in with my wife to speak to you. A boy came up to the counter andasked us what we needed. I asked for you and he said "he just left would you like to speak to him?" I said "yes, he told me tocome in and talk with him." My friend & I wanted pasta so we went to DiCiccos which was my first time at this location; have been to other DiCiccos at other... locations. Staff was friendly, prompt & our meals were on point???? chill vibe our waitress was great & the gentlemen at thecashier counter was so nice to bring me a plastic bag for my leftovers to go into cuz he said he didn't want the paper bag thatwas given by my waitress to rip on me. So very courteous & I loved that so I will be returning since I now know this DiCiccos isnear Hanford where I live. And my Momma & I love their Scarface even surprised my Mom when I got home with an order of Scarfacefor her since she hasn't eaten at a DiCiccos since the one operating in Hanford closed so that's been years. The service was friendly and prompt. I very much enjoyed my food! My boyfriend wasn't a huge fan of the dish he ordered, but... only because he doesn't like mushrooms. Otherwise, if you're a fan of cheese and sauce, you'll love this restaurant! Read more

The past few times when ordering take out the service was less than desirable but today it was to the point I'm sure we most... likely work be back. Placed a to-go order at 4:22pm and was quoted 20-30 mins. Arrived and paid for the meal at 4:45pm and wasadvised that it would be another 5 mins because the soup wasn't ready yet. I was fine with this and sat down. After not beingable to get the attention of the waitress I spoke to another waitress at 5:22pm and was told "the soup isn't ready and you'llneed to talk to the other girl because I just got here". When I finally was able to flag the original waitress down she againtold me "the soup isn't ready". I reminded her I ordered over an hour ago and that she had told me 45mins prior that it would bea 5min wait (being that it was now 5:30pm). I was then told it was because they had to make a new batch of soup and she didn'tknow if it was ready. I asked her if she could please check. A few mins later my order was brought out, not by her but by theother waitress with no not a single word said. No apology, no thank you for your patience, just silence as if it was aninconvenience. Communication was lacking, I would have appreciated being told if they were making a whole new batch that wouldtake 45+ additional mins. I could have removed it from my order or chose another soup. Instead I was left feeling ignored and asthough I was a bother for asking for an update. Another customer who was waiting said I was more patient than she would havebeen.
