Love their $1.00 any size drinks ???? had to get the McChickens as well. Why does Southern California not have the $1 drinks?

After every item I order the man says ?is that all? righht after I order over and over very rude I don?t understand how I can?t... just let you know when I am done ordering ridiculous then I get my food and my fries are not even warm and you can tell they?vebeen sitting awhile limp cold fries. I get California has the asinine law of having to request utensils and such but condiments like butter, jam and syrup when you... order the big breakfast with pancakes should be a given. This isn't the first time they've forgotten items. Not long ago weordered at the kiosk inside and they left out one of our sandwiches. We hadn't even walked away from the counter when we pointedout the mistake. The young person behind the counter stated we could have taken it out of the bag and they can't replace it.SERIOUSLY!? We stood at the counter and checked our bag. We hadn't removed anything. This place has gotten worse. They use theexcuse it's because of COVID. Please your service was horrible even before COVID. I went to this location to pick up an order for curbside pick up, waited almost 30 minutes before going into the store itself to... ask about my order because the app said "thank you for your order" as if my order was "completed" and based on what I saw ontheir screen in-store, someone marked the order as complete. It was a complete waste of my time. This location use to be great,but now, not so much. If you're going to get something from McDonald's just go inside and don't bother with the app, drive thru,or curbside pickup. You'll end up waiting longer. Read more
