Take the order drive in stalls out if you are not using them!! Or put a sign up! Drive though only is bs!!

Went into the kitchen accidentally to look for the bathroom and it smelled very musky. Bathroom smelled like barf and musk. The... menu made it impossible to get out of my car to assist my younger kids with their food. I had to back the car up to get out. Andwhy doesn't Sonic use thick (boba size) straws since all their shakes have wonderful chunks in them that you can't get to?!?Definitely not the place to go when you have to drive at the same time as you drink your shake. Beware! Make sure to get your receipt! They will scam and over charge you. My daughter went to get us an ice cream and we got... charged $28.30 for 2 ice creams. Went back and demanded my refund and left the ice cream there. Read more
Not sure if they are understaffed as lots of places are right now but their drive thru service is very, very slow. I could... understand if this was In N Out Burger and I had to wait a while but even for a small town Sonic this is probably some of theslowest service I have ever seen. When I got to the window the guy couldn't even remember what I ordered. I know things may behard because of lack of staff but still super slow service and inattention to detail are probably going to prevent me fromcoming back to this location again. The guy seemed nice enough but other than politeness they need to improve everything else ontheir customer service. Very disappointed. Read more
