OMG. I have not been in a long time. The staff were exceptional and the food was marvelous. I had a medium Ham and cheese sub on... wheat along with a cup of potato soup, this was the best combo. I enjoyed it so much that I called up there and thanked them.Thank you again. Read more

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Sandwiches have always been excellent and today's Hook and Ladder salad was fantastic.
Staff were friendly and the subs were good, but the soda machine was completely unusable. All carbonated beverages tasted awful... and the non-carbonated beverages were a little weak. My main problem with this is the fact that the staff didn't let us know. Iwork at a fast-food chain and if my store can't provide something, the staff always let the customer know. Read more
Seems to me that last couple of times I been there its like there not steaming the meat long enough that's 2 weeks in a roll now... and I been going there getting same same thing now for 2 years. Read more
Overall the store is clean and neat, the subs we ordered were well made. One issue Firehouse Subs need a to address is that they... give 1st responders a discount but not military service personnel and King Bay Naval Base is right down the street standing byand ready to defend all Americans not just local Americans, our service should be just as appreciative as First Responders whoalso do a great job.
