I was so disappointed in our experience at Larry's Giant Subs, we would have been in better hands at subway. The straws and... napkins were out of stock. The children's meal which says comes with chips, cookie and pickle spear was served with only maindish. We had to ask for the chips, cookie and pickle spear at which point we were advised that they were out of cookies. Myhusband and I ordered the chili which was served Luke warm at best, perfect for the growth of food borne illnesses, uponspeaking with staff they advised the could nuke it in the microwave. When I explained that we were no longer interested in thechili we had take one bite of and would like a refund for the chili the girl told me to have a nice day and walked away,extremely poor customer service skills. The owners should be ashamed of their staff and the food in which they are servingcustomers. They also offered approximately 6 soups on the menu, none of which were available. We will not be returning and Iwould recommend that you don't go wither. Read more
Larry's is a hit or miss restaurant for me. Sometimes they have wonderful food, but sometimes they just miss. Sometimes the... person behind the counter is nice, sometimes they are blatantly stoned. In the end, it leads to my experience being mid.Regardless, I still return because it beats out some other local sub places. However, I would advise you to just go to theSubway by the motorway instead if you are willing to go out of your way a little. Read more

Hello everyone. On February 25, 2022 I was in the mood for a good sub while shopping at the Walmart in Kingsland and no!!! not... a Subway sub but something above. I saw Larry's Giant Subs in the same complex as Walmart so I thought I'd give them atry. Before I continue a bit about me. I am from New York and Northern New Jersey so when I saw in the window of Larry's NewYork style subs my reaction was "Yeah Right""?????? I'm also a Chef at two major high volume venue's near Kingsland so I knowfood, value, and quality. As soon as I went inside it smelled like a Sub Shop. The attendant was extremely helpful. Heexplained the menu to me, so here is my order folks! I ordered a 12 inch sub and an 8 inch sub with the following items. Ham,turkey, roast beef, peppered ham and capicola. Banana peppers, swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo and oregano. The bill cameto $22.00. When I arrived home look at the pictures I posted and see what I was given. Less than a 1/4 inch of meat, and barelyany cheese. I expected both sandwiches to be heavy considering that I ordered 6 meats! Bottom line. Value I give a 1). QualityI give a 5). Taste I give a 6). Customer service I will give an 8). Just because the young man at the counter was AWESOME. Thiswas a first and last time experience for me at Larry's Giant Subs. I could have gone to Subway and recieved better results. Read more
Must be nice to have hours on your door that says open until 9pm however when I walked in to place an order at 7:50pm the girl... at the front counter says ?sorry we closed early because we were super busy today, we shut down and already put the food away. ?I then say your door is unlocked and say open until 9pm. Girl says ?sorry we have to leave it unlocked until 9pm but we areclosed ?. Horrible service . Smh Read more
if it wasn't for how much I used to love this place I'd give it 2 stars. Im not sure what has happened but I've noticed over the... past 4 months or so that it has gone downhill in staff attitude, seems they are doing bare minimum and don't want to be there,and in quality because again said staff could care less it seems. orders often are wrong now and they now NEVER answer the phoneand it'll ring and ring. the times the order is correct the food is good but not quite what it used to be. I feel maybe staffcould be the problem as I think a lot of the old staff is gone and replaced with people who don't seem to care much. Read more
I ordered a foot long Giant Deluxe. There was nothing Deluxe about this. I had to open it up to see if there was any meat on... it. There was one (1) slice of very very thin piece of roast beef and two (2) small pieces of turkey. This is disgusting andtotally unacceptable for a $12.00 sub. I will never go to this store or any of the Larry's Sub stores again. Pathetic Read more
Lacked seasoning and flavor. I got the big boss man with jalapenos. They don't have spinach. Wife got the bomber. We both agreed... a little salt, pepper, and/or oregano would have gone a long way. Went to subway afterward and wont be coming back here. Read more
