Given them so many chances. Don't waste your time and money. Food takes well over 2 hrs to deliver. Often times comes lukewarm,... wrong, or damaged. Refund process is not at all in line with Papa Johns quality. They won't offer refunds or even to remake thepizza. App doesn't accurately show when delivery comes and newest driver doesn't even knock. Save yourself the stress and lostmoney. a long wait I can forgive, inedible food I cannot. Read more

Papa John's has always been kind of overpriced. But over time the delivery charge has continued to go up,and the cost of two... pizzas for delivery is nearly $30 without a tip. Now on top of that,Papa John's has partnered with DoorDash so instead of payingnormal employees an hourly wage to do the job,they can pay contractors a fraction of the cost. The worst part though is thatDoorDash doesn't have accurate maps,and if you have trouble ordering with them,you'll now have trouble ordering Papa John's fordelivery. I placed an order with my address on the PJ website,but because it went through DD system,it autocorrected my addressto something entirely different that was ten minutes in the other direction. The best part is that the delivery sticker thatprints out at PJs when I ordered have the correct address on them,but because the DD driver was looking at his print out,he wentto the complete wrong place. Thank you for overcomplicating a process that already worked so you don't have to pay normalemployees to do the job. Capitalism. It's what's for dinner. Read more
The pizza is alway delicious, especially the stuffed crust one. Right now they are understaffed, so it is understandable that... they are running a little behind. Most of the time the orders are ready before hand. I would clarify the name for the order withthem just to make sure you are waiting on the right order though Read more
So I have been ordering from this place since I moved here in 2018 and for some reason it has gone down hill. Every time I order... a pizza it doesn?t has much sauce on it. One time I asked for extra sauce and they put so much sauce on it that my pizza wasgreasy and unbeatable. So time my pizza barely has any sauce at all! Fast and delicious! I always find that ordering from the Papa Johns app is extremely easy and convenient. There is also a large... selection of menu items to choose from. I love the different menu ?specials? that are offered. I can always count on there beinga fantastic value! At other Papa John?s locations, the pizza has arrived over cooked and not to our satisfaction. However, atthe St.Marys/Kingsland location our pizzas have always been delivered and cooked to perfection!!!! Read more
