Worst Wendy's experience I've ever had. They got our whole order wrong, and they were out of several items. I ordered a burger... on a pretzel bun, and got a plain cheeseburger on a normal bun. Workers were also arguing about "closing chores" in the drivethru. Also, did not even get a reciept to go back and try to get anything fixed. Will not go back! Read more

I'm very disappointed with Wendy's ever since they went drive thru only because of the COVID issue, and the fact they won't hire... enough people to open the dining area. With drive thru only you don't get to complain about how the burger has stale bread, themeat is over cooked, and the fries are stale. The only saving grace is the frosty is the best thing they can't mess up. Wendy'sjust don't have employees that take pride in what they do for the customers... Read more
Soooooo. Waited at an empty counter for about ten minutes? An employee walked out talking on their cellphone then turned around... and went to the back. Eventually was served lol. But hey was the wait worth it? Just look at the quality and amount of thosefries ???????? Read more
All the food was slightly over cooked including the bread on our chicken sandwiches which I didn't know they toasted them. I was extremely shocked and sickened by the lack of cleanliness at this location. It did not appear that the floors have been... cleaned in a very long time with a thick amount of sticky dirt at the edges of all floors from the bathrooms to the dining area.As I was leaving I even saw a dead cockroach on the floor in the middle of the dining area. The tables did not look as if theyhad been cleaned but once every day or once every few days and had hairs on them. Furthermore the food options were limited.They did not have any apples for children?s meals and no baked potatoes were available either. For the apple pecan salad Thepecans were forgotten. I sincerely hope that the health department intervenes at this location or that management will improvethe state of thinks. I recommend not eating here until those are done. Read more
The manager at this location was extremely disrespectful to her employees. I was appalled by her actions and how she was... belittling her employess! There NEEDS to be a change of management at this location. I felt so incredibly horrible for theemployees at this location. It was so bad customers walked in and walked right back out. I truly hope something is done becausethis is no way to treat people! Read more
