Ordered two party trays, had no trouble picking them up right on time. Staff was super helpful and friendly.

FYI they don?t close at 9pm, they close early even when people are still dining inside. The guy that was closing on 6/1/22 has... made me sandwiches there before?. I wouldn?t say he?s a sandwich artist, more of a slap together a sandwich as sloppy as he cankinda guy. When I asked if they were closed @8:49pm on a Wednesday (as he was finishing up another customers sandwich andothers were dining inside) he said ?Yep we?re closed?, I was actually relieved because I honestly never want a sandwich he hasmade ever again. Even the customer that just got her sandwich said ?wait it?s not 9:00pm yet?!? Just pretty disappointed insome of staff there. Primarily the guy that has ?served? me the last few times. There are other people that work here and arefantastic! I have nothing but great things to say about the others. Please do a better job or quit so We can go back to enjoyingthe kingsland subway. Very kind and professional team. Even when they were busy and running out of items, they kept their cool and were very polite to... everyone. Mr. Sterling did a really good job leading/training his team while it was all happening as well. Made a special order of 2 dozen M&M cookies, waited 35 minutes while they cooked them fresh. The lady dumped them off the hot... cookie sheet into the box and said, well I'm sure you'll eat them anyways. I spend thousands of dollars a month at this storeand this is how our patronage is thanked. Read more
We love Subway and eat there often. However the vents in the dining room are filthy ! They are in the ceiling and blow... directly on the food. One vent blows on the kitchen area where they prepare food. This could be cleaned in minutes with a broom!! Needs to be cleaned ! Read more
