Waited for a good 30 minutes or more for 1 turnover. There was no drive thru line, no one inside the restaurant but me. When I... would ask about the turnover, staff just kept saying 2 more minutes. I heard 2 more minutes for 10 minutes. Staff was gettingready to close the place up 1.5 hours early. The foods alright but not worth the time spent to get it. Read more

Late night drive thru forgot my curly fries and only gave me only one sauce packet.
Charles sure did brighten our day! We pulled in a little upset because our vehicle was giving us trouble on our way back to Bean... Station. This young man was so polite and overly thoughtful. I forgot about all my troubles while we were eating because all wecould talk about was Charles. We won't forget you; Stay just the way you are, I see big things in your future Charles! Went through drive through at 11:22am on 8/18/22. Got 5 piece fish meal. The Lady in drive through was unfriendly and almost... rude. I was on lunch from work and when I got back to the office they had only given me 3 pieces of fish. Checked receipt and Ipaid for 5. Well I know none of us are perfect and mistakes happen. I didn't have time to go back to the store, so I just calledthem three different times to inform them of mistake and nobody would answer the phone. I saw at least 4 employees in the storewhile going through drive through. Needless to say, I will not be going back. I would stay clear of this place as service stinksand nobody is checking to see if your order is correct. Read more

Friendly customer service in place was clean. Food prices are higher than most fast food places. I got the brisket sandwich... without the onions, it comes with mayonnaise and smoked provolone. I thought it came with cheddar. It was OK at best. Definitelynot what I expected out of it. Don't think I'll get it again. Spend $16 for a meal along with side of mozzarella sticks. There was a sign on the door saying the place was closed because only 3 people had shown up for work. Now that's just sad.
