Service was fast, food was good. The credit card machine was not working today, but our chicken bacon Swiss & gyro tasted extra... delicious today. They are severally understaffed. Do not go here unless you have plenty of time. I was in the drive thru before lunch and waited... 30 minutes to get meal. Read more

Of every Arby's I've been to, this is the one that has some kind of '50s country town vibe to it. That's not necessary a bad... thing, but it's a little different. Anyway, the staff seems really nice, and the food was good. My chicken seemed a littleoverdone though as it was dry. Fries were good, and the cookie (salted caramel) was delicious, despite having to go back up tothe counter to ask for it because they forgot. (Same though.) I usually have a great experience at this location, but this last time my food was not very good quality. The main thing I was... unhappy about was that my meat was burnt, and the bun as well. I understand that it takes more time to re make something vs.send it out the window, but I would have gladly waited for new roast beef instead of the burnt one that I got. Read more
