I'm really not sure what happened to Bojangles, or atleast the one in my area. We used to LOVE their food...however, we hadn't... eaten there in a while because of a bad experience...so we decided to try again tonight, and it still isn't any good. Sadly! Couldn't get past the drive-thru. They told me to hang on so they can take my order I waited she very nasty told me they don't... have any chicken it would be a 45 minute wait mine do this as a chicken place at dinner time. And she was just like annoyed thatI bothered to come through the drive through to try and get dinner to feed my kids needless to say I will not be going back. We used to frequent this Bojangles when we wanted a good cheat meal for the week or didn?t feel like cooking at home. The past 4... times we?ve been through the drive thru has been a subpar experience. The wait is a minimum of 15 minutes each time. I wouldn?trate a one star just for slow turn around time, that happens sometimes, I get it. But my order is ALWAYS wrong and/or cold. Twoof the last 4 visits, I had to turn around and get the rest of my order that they left out. The quality of the food has gonedown hill and I rarely get the right drink. I don?t usually write bad reviews but I think we?re officially done trying Bojanglesin hopes of it being better because they keep proving that it?s not going to get any better. Read more
I used to love this bojangles and me and my fiance used to go almost every day for breakfast. But either the staff changed or... they stopped caring because the food quality control is god awful. The last 2 times weve went it takes us years to go throughthe drive through because they dont open the dining area until layer on in the day. Im sure thats not how its supposed to be.Theyve given us COLD. borounds, and they tasted stale, like theyve say there for 2 hours, the chicken tastes like theyve doublecooked all of them, and they just havent cared. One of the biggest problems ive had, which is why im writing this. I neverwrite reviews but if i can write one to save someone else from eating here i will. Theyre customer service here is TERRIBLE.worst customer service in the whole tri cities area. Every time weve went in the oast two months the people in the drive throughhave been extremely rude, snappy, and just flat out unpleasant to talk to. The only time ive had a good visit was when thisolder lady was at the window with blonde hair, she was extremely nice so i guess theres 1 out of every 10 employees there thatare actually decent people. But again, if you want my opinion NEVER. buy from this one. Drive the extra couple of miles and trythe one on stone drive. Atleast the food quality is better. Read more
Workers seemed more interested in talking,long to get waited on, biscuit was cold,bacon had barely touched the grill,egg was... sorta ok. First and last time there!!!!! The one on the other side of town where I normally go is great. Bacon is DONE,egg notdry, coffee good and workers are nice and attentive. Kudos to this location. Good job everyone!!!!! Read more
No stars!!! I just ordered a biscuit and bo rounds. The bow rounds were cold & the biscuit was hard. and when I asked for fresh... bow rounds the lady asked me to pull off to the side(after rolling her eyes. I waited 15 minutes before getting back in theDrive-Thru. Not to mention the last time I tried to come here the line was really long and after waiting for like 20 minutes inthe line I decided to park and try to walk in the doors were locked and dine-in was closed even though the side of the buildingliterally says come on in. Do not go to this Bojangles go to the one on Stone Drive they're a lot more friendly and always getthe food right and it's fresh!! Read more
Angela and Teresa met us at the drive thru. They were happy to be there working and were extremely nice to my family. She made... my daughter feel super special. Thank you gals fir showing up. Inside was closed so could only go through drive thru. I realize covid hurt a lot of businesses but its been 2yrs. A lot of... places are back doing business as usual but not this bojangles there business has always been bad including the food. Read more
