Came here today on 10/11/22 with my husband, my aunt and uncle for an early dinner around 3:30. We waited a long time to be... seated as there was no host. Finally an Asian guy came around the corner and seated us, he looked to be maybe the manager. Weasked that we not be seated right beside a loud kid and he looked very annoyed. After we were seated, it took FOREVER forsomeone to come and take our drink order, and forever for the drinks to be delivered. We had to ask for croissants. . Our waiter(Colby? Cody?) was nice enough but I ordered a side salad to be added to my meal, and when we got our food my fries weremissing. When I asked about them he looked at me like I was crazy. I said I wanted to ADD a salad, not replace my fries with asalad. He brought the fries and made it right but in general none of the staff at this restaurant seemed particularly thrilledto be there or thrilled to wait on us. But other than that, the food was really great. I would probably go back because we loveCheddars but they really need to step up their service game a lot. Read more
Nice atmosphere. Large aquarium for relaxation. Excellent service. The food is comfort, simple, not too pricey. Great place... for lunch or dinner. Some tables are a little too close together for my tastes so I'd recommend a booth:) Read more
I have always loved Cheddar?s in the past but largely disappointed with tonight?s take out meal. I found multiple pieces of... unwashed lettuce with dirt still attached in my grilled chicken pecan salad. Read more
First time there. The food was excellent. We were recommended the Monte Cristo from friends who have been there before. We left... full and extremely satisfied. The server Ryan B was spot on super. We went for my daughters birthday dinner. We will be goingback in a couple weeks for my GF birthday dinner. Will be asking for Ryan again. Read more
Everything was perfect!!! We were seated straight away even tho their parking lot was packed. Waitress was friendly professional... and attentive. The free honey butter croissants were so amazing. I ordered the grilled chicken alfredo which was huge and sovery good. My husband ordered the prine rib which he loved it!!! He got a sweet tea which tasted like fresh brewed. Greatpriced. We really had a phenomenal server! Valerie was the best!!! The food here however is not the greatest... I had the grilled... chicken and it was supposed to have been blackened with seasoning. It couldn't have been more bland. The best thing on ourtable was the Cheese bites and Crossiants. The prices are average for this type of meal. Loved the entire atmosphere of the restaurant. Staff; including the server were amazing (friendly, personable and knowledgeable... about allergens) . Gluten free menu options available. Only giving 4 stars because the food did take a while to come out andthen it was not hot. But the food was good! Read more
