For the amount of time you wait for everything here, I expected the food to be a lot better than it was. Service was... ridiculously slow. Had to get up many times ourselves to get things. After the very long wait for food, it finally came. Foodcame out lukewarm at best. Really was not impressed at all. The taste of the seasonings were good. The wings have way too muchbreading on them, and not enough chicken. The place was pretty much empty as far as customers go. People aren't kidding whenthey say that they were here for 2 1/2 hours, and its not because they are enjoying it or anything like that. I tried to eathere before covid and we ended up leaving because the wait was ridiculous. There are so many better options around. In all, Iwould just avoid this dump all together. Read more

Decent food but the service is what makes this place. Our last server was a young lady with dark hair with some red in it I... believe. She was fast and funny! The host stand was very courteous too. I didn't sit at the bar but when I walked in you couldtell the bartenders were smiling and the guests were enjoying whatever conversation they were having. Gave the whole place afriendly vibe. It's just surprising to see a place where pretty much every employee is smiling and having genuine engagementwith guests. If I could give it 0 stars I would. We got there at 6:12 pm. We were seated and provided menus & sat there for 15 minutes. Our... waiter came over & asked if we wanted and appetizer, we said yes & she didn?t give us a chance to say we were ready to orderbefore she walked away. 5 minutes later she brings the pretzels out & refills our drinks. I walked up to the host?s station tojust pay and leave since we had to get the kids in bed by 8. If you are not at the bar drinking don?t bother going there to eatbecause you WILL NOT get your food in a timely manner. If you have kids & you?re sitting in the area just to dine in and want tohave a good night out, just go somewhere else. At 7:30 we left without eating. the third server that got to our table was very nice. im sure this is a great place to go for drinks then eat. we were sober for... our foods arrival and it was a wasted 60$ the chicken was dry and flavorless. my husbands bone in wings were so hard theycouldn't be cut in to. the fries were great only after a serious dunk in the ranch. Didn't eat the celery because it was brown. we had planned a visit here for two weeks and were excited when we arrived but felt instantly disappointed hen we walked in andwe flipped from person to person. Shane is the best manager and has some amazing waitresses. I asked if I could purchase some of their famous beer cheese and... Shane immediately asked me what size I wanted. First time visitors and last time all at once. Sadly, we are all aware that the employee shortage and supply chain has affected... even the best places. However... I do feel these problems run deeper here. The Kingsport location should close and do a FULLcleaning from top to bottom. Sticky everywhere, sauce on walls and seats and we sat near the kitchen that smelled rancid. Theserver was absolutely NO help suggesting things and seemed completely put out to be there. We decided to give it a shot eventhrough that because we'd heard the wings were good. Ordered the feta dip and it came out runny and only had about 10 smallpieces of pita to dip. Don't ask for more because they won't bring it. We ordered 2 orders of 10 wings each. I was verynicely surprised by the quality and size of the meat. The rest I could have definitely done without. Both of our "sauces" wereincorrect yet we tried to just deal w it because of short staffing. Mine were so greasy that it was unappetizing. The sauceswere under the wings and not all over either order. No celery or carrots or anything else. So strange. Anyway, we have decidedto just stick with other places despite the highest hopes for this location. I do truly hope they close a bit and do a full ondeep cleaning!! Read more
