The pizza has ok flavor but with the quality of dominos pizza at a higher price. There's no way this is cooked in an actual... pizza oven. Had to be conveyor style oven. Not sure where all the high reviews come from. I guess when you have people ratingpizza plus with high ratings, they really don't know what good pizza actually is. When on line today with kingsport tn store attempted to do online order there system wouldn't allow delivery with the coupon... code for there online prices. The store assistant manager Tonya would not honor the online prices and spoke down to myself andmy family and hung up on us. Called back within moments to speak to Shawn and wanted the store manager or owner and he hung upon me as well. Great store Read more
Randolph, We try to confirm with our customers odd looking online orders. Sometimes we are so overwhelmed with orders we just... can?t call customers to confirm what they?ve ordered through our online ordering website. Your order was made the way you placedit (large thin crust pizza and a chicken hoagie with no chicken). Customers are prompted to confirm their orders when submittingit. You are also emailed a copy of your order to confirm it was processed the way you want. You were given 2 chances to reviewyour order before we made it. Very good pizza, and I eat a lot of pizza. The crust is extremely soft and almost melts in your mouth. I now live in Bristol... and really miss Fox's in Kingsport! Bristol needs one badly! Read more
Horrible customer service. Got our order wrong, called back to ask for it to be fixed, manager proceed to argue and pretty much... call us liars. Needless to say, order wasn?t fixed. Refused to work with us. Will never order here again. Read more
