I got the sausage and fried eggs biscuits. They were barely warm and the sides were dried out. I went in to order and the... people there working seemed confused on what they were even doing and I had to wait several minutes so while watching I noticedif people working wasn't just standing they were like in slow motion.. They were understaffed. But the folks that wanted to work were there. Only saw 3 ppl, 1 way in back, 1 cook, 1 cashier (who was... running drive thru and walk in) and brought us our food. Then literally ran back to help the next customer. ???? ???? ???? Read more
Waited 20-30 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and 2 specialty burgers and fries. Got the order and the fries were cold and nasty. The... sweet tea tasted bitter. There was literally no one in the drive through or inside. I don?t get it. Don?t ever go here, just goto Pal?s next door. Read more
I hope it's due to staffing that this (Usually Wonderful) location is faltering, but even then, I hope they are actually hiring... people with "People Skills". The last quite a few times I've gone through the drive-thru, its been after working in the ER for12 hours, and look so forward to my Hardee's breakfast. But "these" times there has been no one with a smile or even anythingother than with a monotone greeting at the speaker and window, followed by a blank stare. I went through yesterday morning,really contemplating Pal's because of the bland, zombie service, to be greeted in the same fashion, coupled with a descent waitat the window (I was also the only one there) with no explanation (assuming they're making more hashrounds), to then get home toa burnt egg, and 2 thin slices of ham on my Frisco Breakfast Sandwich, not to mention the burnt cool biscuit for my biscuit andgravy. I also mentioned that last time I ordered the exact same thing I realized it was cheaper due to the Healthcare discount,but the young lady at the window didn't seem to want to see why or check on anything. When I come through after work, I alwayshave on my scrubs, or my Emergency Department sweatshirt now, with my ID tag still attached at my neck. I've just beendisappointed a little lately with this location. There used to be a wonderfully happy lady that worked the window, and miss heralong with her positivity. She was the one to tell me about the discount, and has so far been the only one to mention it whenI've forgotten about it. Can we please see some happier people on the speakers and at the windows? I feel more exhausted justseeing these current people. Or at least some people that show pride in what they do, and not have the attitude of someone beingdragged in off the street and MADE to work. I went through the drive thru and asked for a country ham with extra ham and when I got home I only had one piece of ham. I... called them and told them and they took my name and said next time I would get a free sandwich. I went back another morning andasked for another country ham with extra ham and a porkchop and gravy biscuit and I received a sausage biscuit and a biscuitwith only a egg. Very poor service. This place has gone down hill over the past few years. They almost never get your order correct. The price is too high for the... low quality of food. I will start going to the other Hardees in town. Today I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit with extra egg.Got close to one half an egg, I almost feel like they do it on purpose. Nobody can be that dumb and still keep their job. Inconsistent service. This Hardee's is the closest fast food place to my house so we tend to stop there more often than we... should. You never really know what to expect and tonight was enough that it will probably be our last visit. We had a simpleorder but were missing an order of fries, mustard was added to a burger despite being asked to leave it off and the fries in the$5 box were just thrown in on top of the rest of the contents and not in a container. Decent food, awful prices! Was a little let down on how much they have raised the prices.
