Fast forward 6 months and all the good people quit because you refused to reign in those useless child abusing managers.... Everyone up to District covered for them after being told dozens of times. I ordered the three piece chicken tender meal! Had to wait for the tenders. which is fine! But I only got two tenders!!
Great food, great people. Stop in anytime of day and no matter who's working, they're always friendly and very kind.
Bad order experience. Order was wrong and management was both uncaring and unhelpful when I called to give feedback. Would've... appreciated a refund or replacement. Had to cut up and put my own stuff on the burger for it to be edible. Read more
I and my fiance ordered through door dash . We wanted something we craved from Hardee's ,and we both just got off work and... didn't feel like getting back out. The saddest part of it all . We received our meals incomplete. Expecting the best out ofHardee's . We didn't receive any sauces ,napkins or even straws with our drinks . And the cherry on top . We called three timesand no answer . How unprofessional and half A$$ed of poor management for not making sure the order someone made through doordash is complete before it was sent out . Really frustrating when you expect a full meal. Don't expect high expectations fromthis place . I won't be visiting in person either . This place is poorly ran. The dinning area was closed b4 9pm. And my order was wrong. I asked 4 no pickles, the receipt shows no pickles. BUT When I... called the next day the Mgr. Was very polite & offered 2 replace my entire meal. That was very good. Read more
went again as i wanted to try the new promotional chicken biscuit. staff was friendly as usual inside. ordered a platter as... well. order was made within minutes. which is great. normally i check my order but didn't this time as i had someone with me.before i went in i heard someone mentioning they couldn't chew their food. low and behold that person went in and said this istoo hard overcooked and couldn't chew it. manager right away without hesitation replaced her order. manager kept asking to makesure orders were complete as i guess many peoples extras or side items were forgotten that day maybe. manager did so to mine aswell, yes it was forgotten but it was then put with my order. not sure if it is due to maybe too busy or personal preference ofcooking, or how one is told to cook the items. biscuit in the platter was dry . sausage in it was dry all around the edges as ifit was kept warm somewhere overcooking. eggs were great as the guy made them to order. very fast too. gravy normally is greatfrom there! was bland. no biggie, added some salt. chicken waffle was a huge disappointment. almost 5 dollars for a smallchicken tender (im assuming due to my order was almost 12 dollars, platter was 4, chicken biscuit as well) overcooked or verywell done. looked too dark. in a real small belgium waffle, cut in half, flattened out with a drop of honey on the chicken.wasn't even wrapped with the paper good. not trying to cause issues its just that one would expect more. not sure if it is howone is instructed to cook or if it is personal preference of those cooking the items it just wasn't enjoyable. here is a pictureof the waffle sandwich. no i didn't break, eat most of it, flatten it out, ruin it in any way. of course the other half is in myhand. i held it this way for comparison of size. Needs to get rid of roaches ask the manager to take notice and she just ignored and walked away like you weren't even there.
