I did not eat at this location but did stop here to use the restroom so I could change my infant. The bathrooms are filthy. It... looks like the floors haven't been cleaned well in a few years, and it smelled terrible. I've worked in the service industry foryears and I can confirm that the bathrooms are a direct reflection of how clean the kitchen is. I would never eat here based onthat. While leaving I noticed the glass doors and windows were disgusting as well. just everywhere you looked it was nasty.Submitting this review because if I owned this franchise I would be ashamed to have it in this state and would want to knowManagement is letting it get that way. I wish I could give 1/2 a star or no stars this McDonald's is by far the worst one I have ever been to and this isn't just based... on a one time experience. This is the closest one to my house and and every time I say maybe this time it will be decent andevery time it is a let down either they mess up our order or leave something out or the food is cold and every time it's likepulling teeth or as if I'm arguing with my know it all teenager to get my order corrected. There have been a few times wherethey messed it up after a battle they fixed it and it was still wrong. The fries are never hot and fresh. Today I got a mcriband it was folded in half and put on a 1/4 pounder bun. Two weeks ago my husband went there to get us breakfast they parked himhe waited darn near 30 mins he went in and said something they asked if he had a receipt which he didn't cut the first windowhardly ever gives them out after arguing which was unnecessary because they can look up orders I know because I worked at aMcDonald's for 3 years. They finally agreed to give him our breakfast only to get home and realize they left out a sandwich andtwo hash browns. Every manager I have spoken to is rude as can be the counter and front window workers aren't much better withtheir eye rolling and attitudes. Like I stated before this isn't just based off on a one time experience this is EVERY time wego there. Read more

I would give 100 stars if possible. I work nearby & always place a mobile order for coffee & food for my lunch. This is probably... my 50th time in the drive through this yea... I yet to have any complaints! But what I do have is some praise comments. *Fast &fresh/hot* food, (including fries), coffee ALWAYS made correctly, AMAZING customer service, clean environment... I just can'tsay enough positive things! My local McDonald's can't compare to Stone Drive! I am always greeted with a smile and they even use"yes m'am"! I'm completely blown away with the high quality service! All team members here deserves a raise! ???????? Read more

A little annoyed my daughters apples looked like this and only had 3. She wouldn?t eat them. Also, I worked at McDonald?s when I... was a teen and remember the good time for nuggets being 20 minutes, then we would toss them. The 10 piece I got tasted like arubber boot. Had to have been sitting for at least an hour. The fries were fresh to be fair I guess. Read more
