Never seem to be open when they say they?re open. Especially on weekends. Stop by at 6 on Sunday mornings and no one ever... answers the drive thru. Check online and the app both saying they should?ve been open for a while. After waiting for 5 minutesat least I drive off and see an employee at the window just standing there. Their sign for Curbside parking was confusing .. to me, anyway. So if this helps anyone else. It was my first time coming here... and there was a sign that said 'Curbside Parking' that appeared to be pointing to a group of parking spots by the drive thru,along the backside of the building. Apparently it meant not THOSE spots, it meant the curbside was a little farther along. Theyare actually right in front of the drive thru windows. The only way I realized this was there were no curbside numbers and Isat there for about 5mins before I realized this. Then I drove around where I was supposed to be but I missed my order by then:'(. I ended up getting it by going thru the drive thru and my fries were still hot so it was okay. I went by another time afterthis tho and got the absolutely worst frozen coke I ever ordered (and I order a LOT of them). It was as if the machine was ondefrost but they used it anyway. But they still get 3 stars because it's still typical McDonald's as far as the food goes (soit's bad for you - but it's good when you want it) and the service was actually really nice both times I've been now. This is the most inconvenient McDonald's I've ever encountered. I've made multiple orders on the app for in-store pickup to get... there and realize their doors are locked so you have to wait in the drive thru line wrapped around the building. No reason tobe this poorly managed. Read more
The employees need to work on their attitudes, especially the girl always at the windows. I never bother with a tip because... going here is so depressing due to the lifeless employees. They cut you off while you?re ordering asking if that?s it. That girlespecially is silent when you get to the window, gives you the dirtiest look while handing back your change or food, then closesthe window immediately lol. The night shift is very unprofessional. A lot of immaturity. My fiance goes to order food . She has a speech impediment. Trying... to order food . The dude taking the order not only rushes her . But makes a joke out of her . And makes fun of her and laughsthrough the mic . He is around 18/ 19 years old dude with black jeans and a tucked in shirt . Idk if he is new ,or the managerlet's him wear what ever he wants . He didn't even have a name tag . And the receipt we got didn't have his name on it. We hadto wait for our food also . Although the line that we were in was going pretty fast . I don't understand why we had to wait solong for our order to be made . Hopefully you guys check the cameras the night of the 10/14/22 on a Friday . When we did recieveour food. We didn't even get a sorry for your wait . Or do you need any sauces , a straw or napkins . It was a complete mess .And I hope this reaches corporate. I don't see replies to any comments on the reviews from mc Donald's establishment.
