Worst McDonald's ever. I gave it 1 star, only because 0 stars is not a possible option here. I pulled into the drive-thru, and... was tin the only vehicle there. After about 5 minutes another vehicle pulls into the other drive -thru lane and is helpedimmediately. About 30 seconds later, I was told to wait ( while they helped the other car, that arrive 5 minutes after myarrival). After having this happen at several local locations, I informed the girl, not to bother with my order and left. I willnot be stopping at this location again. Corporate needs to deal with this location. After I got home my wife told me that theyhad done the same thing to her several days before, except she waited as they helped several cars in the other lane. Read more
Store was clean and food was ok. Bathroom was a mess and there are no napkins without waiting in line to ask for them. No... paper towels either. Out of straws and drink lids. Oh yeah, and with inflation a regular burger and fries was more than $10.Meh. Read more
Ordered 2 McDoubles no ketchup and all was on the burgers were meat. No cheese no mustard. Called them when half way to Johnson... city and they told me to bring the receipt back and the food. Well they gave me no receipt. This is several times the order hasbeen messed up. I always check the screen to make sure it?s right. Why would I drive 30 min back out of my way to return whenthey should have said just come back at your convenience. This is my last stop in colonial heights McDonald?s. This is rediculous. Pay $3.49 for a large and they give you a small size amount in a large box. The medium fries aren't filled... either. They left the spicy mustard out of my order as well. Getting ripped off is no fun. Read more
The worlds most dehumanized McDonalds. The staff is friendly. The food is hot. And the facility is clean. But there?s no music,... privacy or sign of life. Even the pictures of food look drawn by robots. It feels more like a Soviet government waiting roomthan a McDonalds Read more
Awful...again. I generally stay away from McDonald's because of repeated bad experiences in the past. Only went this time cause... my son didn't want Taco Bell and it was getting late and we wanted to get home after a long day. Little did we know the onlything that was actually long was our wait in the drive thru after we ordered. It was ridiculously long. I counted 3 vehiclesbehind me that simply sped outta there cause they were obviously tired of waiting. Every time I go to this place there is aproblem...missing food, chatter among employees I or my kids don't wanna hear, unfriendly incompetent workers who are obviouslynot caring about giving good service and/or waiting forever for our order. Only McD's that is the opposite of what I'vedescribed is the one on other end of Fort Henry near the mall...they are great there...never had one problem. All the othersI've visited are the same...bad. Update...just wanted to share this pic of my "large" fry I just received. At least the servicehas gotten friendlier but this is ridiculous! Update...3 visits in a row we've had the same problem. My daughter get the 2cheeseburger meal and I always tell them plain. Last 3 visits there's been 1 cheeseburger plain and the other regular. I've toldthem that the way it's rung up on the ticket could be causing the confusion. On the ticket it'll show the meal then underneathit shows "1 Plain" so I believe they're reading it as only 1 cheeseburger is plain. Of course nothing changed cause the nextvisit the same thing happened even tho I stressed that BOTH cheeseburgers need to be plain. My last visit I tried the mobile appand ordered from it. Picked up curbside and, yep you guessed it, food was missing from my order. I was missing an apple pie anda 4 pc nugget so I had to go thru the drive thru and get that resolved. If I could leave zero stars, I would. The service here was awful, disrespectful employees, it took me over 40 minutes to get my... food. It was an online order as well so they were supposed to bring it to my car and they didn't. I shouldn?t expect much from afast food chain but this wasn?t anything remotely close to fast. Terrible McDonald?s, just get something from the taco bell nextdoor. Read more
