We sat down to find out they let two dogs into the restaurant that were common pets, not service animals. The wait staff was... very nice, however my food was horrible. I've been eating at this food chain since the 80s and I've never experienced food likethis. I ordered Loaded Potato Soup and it was nothing like the thick, tasty goodness I have always known. I asked to swap outfor a loaded baked potato and my waitress was nice to let me do that and took the soup away. When my Atlantic Salmon came, itwas like jelly in the center instead of the firm, even texture and color it has always been in the past. My baked potato fleshwas brown inside meaning it was over cooked and in some parts it was so hard I couldn't pull the flesh away from the skin. The"steamed" broccoli was barely steamed and hard to chew. I know it should have a little chew to it but this was more fresh thansteamed. I won't be back here again. I didn't feel comfortable complaining again. I felt as though this was punishment for thefirst complaint. My husband ordered the same salmon and loaded potato and they were both cooked as perfectly as they should be. Read more
Our food was tasty and temperature was great, but aside from that it was a terrible experience. Our server was absolutely the... worst server we have had anywhere. She didn't pay any attention to what she was doing. She forgot to bring our drinks and whenshe finally did she messed that up. I ordered a Miller Lite, and got a Michelob Ultra. We also had to ask about our appetizer,which I believe she had forgot about as well. All four of us ordered the chicken tenders dinner, 3 of which were all doublefries, the fourth was supposed to have fries and Mac and cheese for the sides but didn't get any Mac and cheese. The serveroffered to have Mac and cheese to be brought and we declined bc it would have been more of a wait. It was all down to the servernot paying attention. Read more
Even though my online order didn't go through to the restaurant and I arrived to find this out only to have to place my entire... order again the waitress who took my to go order was extremely pleasant and did her best to apologize and quickly "correct" theunpleasant & inconvenience experience. Even though I ended up getting back to the hospital too late to get threw the front doorsI managed to get my mom's food to her which was the ultimate goal and she was extremely satisfied with her food. Came in late before closing. The waitress was very attentive and brought out fresh rolls out of the oven. They were delicious.... Then we ordered a drink and they didn't have what we wanted and gave us a discount since they didn't have it which was verynice. Our food was very fresh. We decided to try and order a meal to go and the kitchen was closed so the waitress made us aclub sandwich to go. Very very good service and price was reasonable. Will definitely be back. Read more
The only thing redeemable about this experience was my server Todd, he was absolutely wonderful and an exceptional server. I... hope he goes to a better place. Now the food: The potato soup was just cheap cheese and almost no sign of anything else, mycoleslaw was literally frozen, the spinach dip was bland and not cheesy enough. My salad had way too much dressing but he didoffer to get me a new one. Overall it just feels like they are serving bland uncared for food. Read more
Went back since the previous experience wasn't bad. This time it was awful. My wife's margarita first came back with no salt. We... sent it back and it came back with half the salt on the rim, the other half in the drink. Nobody seemed like they wanted to bethere. The burger was dry, the fries were like warm. Nobody bussed a table the entire time we were there.I took some pictures ofmy vantage point. I'm at the dentist right now because the feeling came out because the food was so tough. Read more
Food was awesome service was decent. Once we got our food we were never checked on and both drinks went empty and did not get... refilled. The young lady who was the host was running around screaming and cussing the whole time. The restaurant looked awfulmany dirty tables that weren?t getting cleaned because the host was too busy looking at her phone. Might want to get betteremployees. Read more
