I believe this is the best Pizza Plus around. They actually have everything on the salad bar. Nothing is missing from this one!... They don?t limit your dressing either which is great! The employees are super nice. The pizza is absolutely delicious. Givingthis one a definite A++++++++ Read more
The salad bar here does not look like it?s been properly cleaned or even refreshed. Everything looks like it?s been sitting out... for days, all shriveled and dry. Floors and seats look covered in just plain nasty. Cheese breadsticks are not even fully cookedeither. Napkin dispenser covered in a thick layer of I don?t know what. Workers don?t even care either, too busy sitting behindthe counter eating or on their phones. So much can be fixed if they just came from behind the counter doing nothing. Read more
Their pizza is great, never had an issue. Its always fresh and hot. But what I find irritating is they have a problem with... having a driver. They can?t ever deliver pizza. It seems like everytime I call to get a delivery they almost never have adriver! Read more
I used to eat at this pizza plus location about 3 times a week when I worked In Kingsport about 10 years ago.. The food was... always good and the restaurant was clean. A gentleman by the name of Greg was the manager then. My wife and I stop by oneevening during the week for dinner while out visiting our granddaughters. The food was horrible, the restaurant was very dirty.And there is no excuse for this when half the lobby was section off. It was a sad site to look around at a place that I andseveral coworkers eat at 3 times a week turn out like this. You guys can do better! Read more
I live just 2 streets away and walk over few times a week for salads and once in a while for a pizza. Normally awesome service.... Was upset when I was there earlier and there was no lettuce and a lot of the salad stuff was empty. I stood in front of the girlat the counter for 5 mins before being acknowledged at all while she looked at me a few times while doing other things. Even ahello would have been good. Made what salads I could (2) with spinach since lettuce was empty and a few toppings as well. I gota drink as well and went to go get my cup only to find out that there wasn't any large cups only smalls and there was stuff allover the counter. I understand being busy and understaffed but explanation and acknowledgement goes a long way especially whenthe customer is in a few times a week. Read more
Pizza Plus in Sullivan Gardens is always fast, fresh hot and order correct. Our favorite pizza is the thin crust with pineapple... and pepperoni. If our son is not eating with us, we add jalapeños and oh my goodness, so yummy!!!! Our go to place for pizza togo! Read more
I would love to say perfect but when that you paid for was not what you received when you opened the box.... No matter how... pretty missing favorite ingredient of all for my family (banana peppers) please let me know if I'm having visual problem..... Ifnot it is great district of those that have ordered before received incorrect purchases and never complained. But I guess after4-5x attention needs to be message known. We did not get what we paid for, asked for, and hence the 3 process only eaten. Read more
