I ordered a pizza for delivery at 8:09 they said it would be 25 mins I called back 3 times and spoke with the manager on duty... who?s name was Lauren she was extremely rude all 3 times I called and even handed the phone to the lady that took my ordersaying she wasn?t talking to me . I asked her who the district manager was and she said she didn?t know who the districtmanager was to call and talk to the store manager Tina .. it?s very sad that a company doesn?t let all its managers know thecorporate mangers in situations like this. Lynn Garden pizza plus has really gone downhill the last 4 yrs. Food doesn't taste well and noone seems to wear a uniform just... street clothes so it's very unprofessional in my opnion. Read more

I normally love Pizza Plus but the staff at this location is rude. Today I had a pizza that clearly had gotten cross... contaminated with the sweet sauce they use for the dessert pizza and it just tasted terrible. When I called to tell them whathad happened they told me to bring the pizza back and they'd make me a new one. The lady then asked how much we ate. I told her4 different people had each grabbed a slice so 4 of the 10 slices were gone. She then got rude and said "well you ate half thepizza and want me to replace it, that doesn't make sense" well im sorry but usually people don't have a taste tester person tomake sure the pizza is good before everyone digs in. So I just told her nevermind and have called a different store and ampaying for a new pizza just because that lady at this location was so god awfully rude. I understand if one single person ate 4slices and wanted a new pizza but we had 4 different people all grab slices as soon as I arrived home with the pizza. Read more
Ordered delivery from this pizza plus and when it arrived the ranch for our salad was spilled all over the bag and had no lid on... it. The two hoagies we had ordered had almost no meat on them. One of them had ONE slice of ham and the BLT had literal crumbsinstead of bacon. When calling the restaurant to tell them about this they were argumentative and told us nothing could be donebecause the food had already been eaten. Ordered a pizza online for my daughter and a salad for my pregnant wife. I received a call saying they were out of salads. I... find that hard to believe considering there is a salad bar inside and it was only 6:30 pm. They normally wrap the salad bar upat 9. Seems to me they did it early and are too lazy to get it out to make one salad. During the call, I was told I could have astore credit for the salad, I requested a refund, they said they don't do refunds. Well they must be the only pizza plus thatdoesn't because I used to work at pizza plus and gave refunds a few times. Not professional at all. Didn't offer me anything tofix it. I have never left a poor review but this has to be mentioned When I entered the Pizza Plus located on Lynn Garden Dr I ask for... a menu. Once the waitress found one she laid in front of me, told me to let her know when I was ready to order, and walked off.After finally getting her attention away from her cell phone I ordered my meal. My baked spaghetti was served to me in a bowllined with aluminum foil. Yes, it was baked and served on top of aluminum foil. Needless to say I had a very hard time eatingwhile trying to keep pieces of foil out of my spaghetti and out of my mouth. I stood at the register to pay and the samewaitress advised me the other person would be here soon. I waited and waited and finally "my waitress" walked behind thecounter and processed my payment. I am not going to discuss the poor condition the ladies room and I will not return to thisbusiness again. Very disappointed in this Pizza Plus location. Read more
