I ordered a family meal plus French fries. They forgot them so I went in and said they forgot them and laid the receipt down.... The woman looked at me square in the face and said she didn?t wait on me. I got confused so I started to pick up the receipt toshow her that I paid for them and she said I didn?t have to be rude and walked away. Then this young man came over and was verymaster of fact with me like I had done something wrong. They shorted me on cole slaw and put it in with the chicken so they gothot and the mashed potatoes were not in the box. This place needs a major personnel change! Not sure what's going on when you're ordering... I ordered a five-piece mild chicken tenders also a Dr pepper and an extra... sauce... I got five piece hot chicken tenders and a Coke and no extra sauce... This is not the only place that you can't getyour order right It's a pandemic of fast food workers not giving your correct order.... I have stopped ordering fast food about80% I think I might have to go to not ordering at 100% now.. Read more

Look we love Popeys but we waited 40!! Minutes and drove around to find out my order had been given out 3 different times to... everyone but me. I then asked for a refund of almost $30. I had to wait another 5 minutes to get that refund because they had tomake a call to see if that was okay. I get for some things but at that point just let me leave. Read more
Always hot and fresh food when I visit. Customer service is pretty good for what you?d expect from a fast food... restaurant. Popeyes chicken is one of my new fav chicken places. I prefer them because their portion sizes are perfect, and thetenders are bigger than Bojangles or Zaxby?s. Read more
Quick service, clean environment and the food was good too. I would definitely go and eat there again!
