Worst Taco Bell ever!!! Sold us power bowls but then said had no rice or no silverware after we spent the $37. Gave me a... partial refund of $1.47 since I ordered extra rice and they were out, what a joke. Also had no drinks, was just carbonatedwater. They offered us a cup lid to eat with instead of a fork and acted like they were doing us a favor because that was thebest they had and said it wasn?t their fault the truck was missing what they needed.
