Worst Taco Bell ever!!! Sold us power bowls but then said had no rice or no silverware after we spent the $37. Gave me a... partial refund of $1.47 since I ordered extra rice and they were out, what a joke. Also had no drinks, was just carbonatedwater. They offered us a cup lid to eat with instead of a fork and acted like they were doing us a favor because that was thebest they had and said it wasn?t their fault the truck was missing what they needed. Some of the employees were arguing. The manager came up and apologized to us for their behavior, sad thing is that she wasn't... able to control them. She needs to be able to separate friendship from the workplace. Read more

After waiting in line at McDonald's, I was among four vehicles in the drive- through. I was finally at one order board with the... car next to me at another. No one is acknowledging we're there. I say, hello? He says, hello? It wasn't even a particulartime but the lights shut down on the the drive-through. I pulled up to the pick-up window to see the employee fix herself afountain drink. She wouldn't look at me, so I lightly honked the horn. She unlocked the window and just looked at me. I askedif she knew she just shut down on four vehicles that had been waiting. Her reply was, no once we take off our headphones wecan't hear. I asked why they were closing at such an odd time? Have the hours changed? She apologized, saying two people quitthat day. Apologized again, shut the window and walked away. So, I go to Taco Bell. The line at the drive-through was evenlonger. I would turn my car off at times in between creping closer to the window. I surveyed the parking lot which appearedto be three employees vehicles and for certain I had seen two staff members inside which occasionally peered out checking thelength of the line. They were way out numbered! But, those two (three) employees kept doing their job and steadily. Thank youstaff!! The worst Taco Bell EVER!!!! Although I have had a few other bad experiences at this location I wanted to give them another... chance? tonight I ordered a crunch wrap supreme with extra meat. This is what I received!! Where is the meat???I tried to callto talk to a supervisor, after calling nine times I still did not get anyone to answer the phone. Fast service even with several cars in line and friendly drive thru staff. The food was correct and tasty.
