There was a huge line when I got there for the drive thru. I was probably 15 cars back (@the KINGSPORT store! Next to Food... City. If you know where that is, you know why a 15 car line is a pretty big deal lol) but the whole visit took less than 10?MAYBE 15 minutes. They were serving people with the QUICKNESS! and they didn't lose an ounce of friendliness! Super nice, andsuper quick, and as always, food was super good ???? Read more

Stopped in today at 10:30. Several cars in parking lot, but the doors are locked. Sign on door said they open at 9, didn't see... anyone in the lobby. I went next door to Burger King. Read more
Google tells me that three star means Taco Bell is "okay". I think that seems like a fair rating/statement. I mean it's... definitely not authentic Mexican but it's fairly cheap and (sometimes) quick. So, basically you get what you may for. Thisparticular Taco Bell is the best one on the area though. The employees are very friendly. And the restaurant is usuallyclean. The quality and presentation is hit or miss. It just depends on who's working. Read more

Whoever is operating this place needs to get it together. I have been going here for years, but recently this place has been... falling apart. First is was repeated troubles with their order system. Then, it took me about 30 minutes to get through thedrive through. When I finally got to the window, I was informed that they had little ground beef, soon corrected to no groundbeef at all, because they were closing in 20 minutes. That?s ridiculous. Today, I go in to avoid getting trapped in the drivethrough again. I just came home to find that my large Sierra Mist is just carbonated water without any flavor at all. I guessthe concentrate in their soda machine had run out. There is another Taco Bell about a mile away. I guess I?ll start going thereand give this one time to sort itself out. Read more
