Late night, Early morning. STILL Staying Open 24 hours!!! I ordered the 2eggs over med with Texas Style Toast {Ask for a pack... of mayo to make it into an egg sandwich} and Hash Browns. The food is good, love the waffles and the price is right but the restaurant is dirty and two out of the last three times we... were there our check was added incorrectly and we would have been overcharged. When we told them it was fixed so it's not thatbad but if we hadn't noticed we would have overpaid twice. Read more
Probably the worst Waffle House in America. They claim to be too busy to take call in orders at 5am, and then you drive by on... the way to work and there is no one in the parking lot. Either they answer and tell you they are too busy, or don't answer atall. My co-workers experienced the same issues. Once I called in and was told they didn't make my order because they got "busy"AFTER I called in. So my order should have been first anyway. I love Waffle House so I kept trying. The W. My boyfriend ordered biscuits and gravy. They gave everyone else their food, but his. We told them multiple times he didn?t get... his food yet. They finally told us after 15-20 minutes that the gravy they had was bad, so he couldn?t get it. So he didn?t getanything to eat. They forgot my waffle that was supposed to be with my meal. Jackie my server GREAT!!!! Sweet! Older woman who didn't so much for us. The line cook on the other hand that's over 3rd shift... waited till our waitress was gone then came to us (only two that was in the place) decided to dis the waitress over. A tip Ileft saying they should split. She cook was annoyed I didn't tip then when I know the cook and waitress make different wages. Itwas frustrating and we were going to sit and relax after a bad day. We wanted to sit and talk. But after hearing the leader disthe waitress, I didn't want to continue sitting there. I loved Jackie didn't appreciate the 3rd shift person who ever shethought she was all high and mighty. It annoyed me she came to our table to gossip about things we didn't need to hear. First time in a Waffle House. We don?t have them in Wisconsin. Amazing food. Great prices. Great service. Great accents. Was... VERY cold in there. Not the end of the world. I would eat here for every meal if I could. But I don?t want to be on the show ?My600lb life?. I would recommend to anyone to try. Read more
