Worst service EVER. THE Karen taking orders told people behind me shew they don't pay us enough for this because I took a few... minutes to order. Then rung in wrong size frosty and commenced to arguing with me about it. I asked for a manager and when whatappeared to be one walked over to take care of me the KAREN continued to argue over her shoulder. I'd give them less if I could. This is literally the 3rd time I've tried to go here. This time, like 5pm...when food should be... fresh and not dripping wet, and this was the most foul smelling tasting trash I've seen in a long time. Right in the garbage.Didnt even eat the fries. I want my money back but honestly dont even feel like dealing with it. And it's weird because of howpolite the employees are. What is this some kind of trickery? Haha. Seriously though. Well, went through drive thru this morning. Was asked to pull forward to wait on my fries - it would be 2.5 min. No problem,... right? Well, after watching 4 more cars served their food and already gone - 10 min later. I had to walk up to the drive thru toget my food - as the lobby was closed. Don't get me wrong - I had no problem waiting 2 or 3 min for my food. But to wait 10 minand watched them put fries in another customers bag that they handed out through drive thru is what was disturbing. I woke up late this morning and didn?t have time to pack my lunch for work, so on my break I stopped by this Wendy?s and got a... $5 Biggie Bag with a double stack cheeseburger. I?ve been very disappointed in the food and service anytime I?ve gone to any ofthe other locations in this area recently so I was pleasantly surprised to find a fresh, hot cheeseburger with melted cheese,fresh piping hot crispy fries and nuggets. Stopped here on my way through town this morning and was blown away by the customer service. The building looks really nice... inside, everything was clean and the building looked fairly new (whether it was or wasn't) with nice facilities. I would putthe food in par with what you would expect from the average Wendy's, the fries were awesome and everything else was decent.Pretty standard on that front... But the staff I talked to were all very friendly and extremely accomodating. Honestly made mymorning, Keep doing what you're doing ???????? Read more
