I have been to this location multiple times. The food is usually hot and fresh. Most of the time I am there at night and I have... seen the dining room door have signs about being closed due to no one showing up for work as early as 7pm. The drive thru linewait is never less than 15 minutes, my last visit was 26 minutes. There aren't many options in my area, so I waited. The peopleat the window are usually stressed and quite short if you ask for anything such as sauce or extra napkins. I know they can'tcontrol being short staffed, but its just not an ideal place to visit for "fast" food and friendly staff. If I'm to pay $10 fora burger meal, I'd like to at least be able to sit down and enjoy it in an open dining room and not get attitude for it. Read more

It?s obvious this store is struggling. Been coming here for a while now (for breakfast). The food is always served cold and the... employees seem depressed. I have went to this Wendy?s my entire life. Everytime you go you?ll either be in a line that takes an hour for 2 cars or they... will be rude. After going the other night and they somehow closed 4 hours earlier than it said online and yesterday I sat in thedrive through for 20 minutes and didn?t even get to the order screen. There was maybe 5 cars there. Horrible service, horribleprofessionalism, and horrible place to eat. Will not be returning as I was even asked ,? why do you go back?? I never willagain. And I will 100% never ever ever recommend this embarrassment of an establishment to anyone. It seems every time me or my husband go here we always have some kind of problem. Either we are met with rude employees(and... management) or our food is always wrong. I work in fast food so I get it! Everyone has their days and food does get messed upsometimes, but for it to be an issue every time we come here? Today my husband went by to get a 50 pc nugget and the cashierimmediately had an attitude. He asked if they could do the nuggets half spicy and half regular and was told they could not dothat, which I know they can! We will not be returning to this location. Read more
