Worst dunkin donut ever. Ordered off the app and went to pick up my food and drinks. They didn't even have any of the food I... ordered off the app. I asked for a refund and they told me there not trained on how to use the app. Coffee was terrible andtasted like a old cup of coffee sitting in the pot all day. I always tell my wife I hate the Dunkin donut from 53rd church st they the closest to my house but I rather waste more gas and... time to go somewhere else There was a time that I was bit late for work so I had no choice but to go nearest 53 church st all Iask is for hash brown and hot coffee . The hash brown were solid hard and the hot coffee tasted bad like it had that burnt meattaste it?s hard to explain . How can they messed up simple order ? Those kid were really young they even cussing and saying theword ?retarded? unprofessional there ppl out there with mentally Ill kids not a nice word to say also really unprofessional. Ifu don?t have empathy for mentally sick ppl we shouldn?t trust u with our food n drink period . I super regret going there againI haven?t learn my lesson .
