This is a terrible location. Its usually filthy inside and both the drivethru and inside lines are long for no reason. All the... employees are teenagers who could care less about the quality of service and food. I have never seen an adult manager or owneron site. Save yourself the trouble and go up the road to Heavenly Donuts. Read more

As someone who used to work at dunkins as a shift manager, it is never okay to complain about someone?s drink especially when... they are in front of you!! I get it some people get some interesting combinations but a vanilla bean coolata with a pump of pinkvelvet swirl it?s pretty good, there is way worse drink combinations but don?t say ?oh this is nasty? or this makes me sickmaking it, I?ve made coffees with 15 caramel swirl 10 creams and 15 melted equals, also matcha is more gross so just be mindfulhow would you like it if someone, complained about making ur drink? Was a lady who was complaining. I always tell my wife I hate the Dunkin donut from 53rd church st they the closest to my house but I rather waste more gas and... time to go somewhere else There was a time that I was bit late for work so I had no choice but to go nearest 53 church st all Iask is for hash brown and hot coffee . The hash brown were solid hard and the hot coffee tasted bad like it had that burnt meattaste it?s hard to explain . How can they messed up simple order ? Those kid were really young they even cussing and saying theword ?retarded? unprofessional there ppl out there with mentally Ill kids not a nice word to say also really unprofessional.
