My honey and I brought my mom out to lunch. They have a lovely outdoor space over looking the pond. The service was prompt we... were seated. Our server was Megan. She was lovely. Our food was delicious my mom loved her Turkey tips. My honey and I had fishand chips. They have a variety to choose from on the menu. I love the fact they don?t cross contaminate shell fish in their oilswhich is a challenge with food allergies. We will definitely be back to visit again. Read more
I read some of the negative reviews and I swear some people get off doing so. The woman who decided to seat herself - First of... all, she did not wait to be seated and then she takes it upon herself to do so with several others in her party and then advisesthere is more coming and asked, "can we push the tables together", only to complain because she wasn't treated like a princess. Let me guess, the restaurant should stop their customary way of doing things to be at your beckon call, so you can have a reasonfor not leaving a tip. I really wish I could have given more than two stars. They were seating tables although they were short staffed for servers. At... least it seemed that way. We sat for almost a half hour before stopping a server to request a server. Finally, we orderedappetizers. We didn't want to give our dinner order at the same time so it wouldn't all come out at once. The server reassuredus that this would not happen. Still, the appetizers and the main entree came out at the same time. Yup. I got the salmon withrice. It was delivered to the table cold. I requested it be heated up and it came back about 20 minutes later. Just in time foreveryone else at my table to be done eating. So disappointed. If I ever return to this place it will be to drink only. My 7&7was so strong I had to ask for more 7Up to be put in it! I sincerely hope this was just an off night. Read more
They must have been busy. I hear amazing things about the pizza. But ours was undercooked and they forgot the fried pickles... entirely. Still it's a fun atmosphere and I'll definitely give it another chance. Really nice staff. Read more
So, I have gone in this place multiple times. There food is edible. But today I went in there and was seated at one of the high... tables near the bar. When I saw them clearing a booth for two near me. I asked If I could switch over, I was by myself. Thewoman who seated me said I could. They just had to clear the table. By then I had already ordered my food. So my main concernwas switching to a table of another waiter or waitress. So when the table was cleared and I had switched over. I took $10 out togive to the waitress I believed was working the table. But when she came buy and I try to ask her if that was her tablet. Theonly thing I got was some about me never tipping. That was a bit of a shock, I'm usually a good tipper. There is only oneoccasion I can think of where I didn't leave a tip. An that's because the bartender ignored me for almost 10 minutes to talk toher friends at the end of the bar. Just before closing time. Now I was just going to leave it be. But I just couldn't. Iinformed the woman who sat me, and she said she would speak to that waitress. But still, I ended up leaving $40 on my table andleaving. I will not be returning. Read more
