Worst experience at a BWW. Medium/low busy Thursday night went in at 7:20 ish. Asked for a beer from the draft list, husband got... a margarita and we put in an appetizer order right away. The server had to come back to tell me they didn?t have that beer. Okno biggy, I chose a different beer. She comes back to tell me they don?t have that one either. Ok no problem, I?ll just takewhatever ipa they have on tap. She comes back a Third time not with drinks, but to ask me if sloop juice bomb is okay. (It?s anipa, so yes I said any ipa ). Another runner comes back with my beer and still no margarita for my husband. Next comes out theCobb salad I ordered, still no appetizer. Couldnt eat it because there was no silverware, so we had to ask for some and shehands us a pile of silverware, unwrapped, and no napkins. I finish my salad and the app comes to the table ten minutes later.Had to ask for napkins and she brings us about 3. It?s been about 30 minutes and then the wings came. Had to ask for morenapkins (duh, wings. ) we ordered them with blue cheese, they came out with ranch. Had to ask again for blue cheese dippinginstead. Also we realized we had ordered it with carrots and celery, they didn?t come. Had to ask the server again, can we haveour veggies? She comes back with celery but no carrots. Whatever. Husband orders another drink, which doesn?t come out tillafter We?ve gotten a Togo box and our check. So now we?re ready to go and his drink comes out which he just chugs and then weleave. Long story short, I?ve never had to ask for so many things that really weren?t complicated. Silverware and napkinsshould be at the table and apps should come out before entrees. The server was hardly friendly and seemed inexperienced which isfine, everyone has to start somewhere. And I know everywhere is understaffed but I?ve worked in the service industry long enoughto know what ?busy? looks like and it was NOT busy. First I would like to say how rude the female manager named Bree was, we overheard her demeaning the waitress. I also know... people who have worked there and the waitresses also bus the tables, do the dishes, and clean the bathrooms and floors. I?m notsure how the owners get away with paying these waitresses eight something a hour and they do the job of three people! They needto be reported. I never heard of a restaurant with no dishwashing staff! I feel bad how they are treated especially over hearingthat women manager. I will never go back!! They need to get new management. Read more
The meal was great. The waitress that I had that was also working the bar area was very attentive to detail. Corporate is... going to kill this businesses sales. By only allowing them the sell medium well or well done burgers. No one wants a burgercooked that much. Read more
2 plusses to this visit!! 1. being the first time doing take out at this location, I had no idea there was a whole door for take... out! This made things so much more organized and helpful. 2. Having done the blazing challenge, I found that the flavor of thesauce is one of the best flavors available!! 10 boneless blazzin with some ranch was a nice addition, but for real the saucetastes SO GOOD! The food is ok. I have had better, larger wings at other places. The chicken quesadilla is good. I like the environment (sports... bar). Some staff is friendly. Some are rude (the young men who work the pick up counter). Takes forever if your a door dash oruber driver to pick up an order. It takes forever for staff to realize you are standing there. No estimates time is provided soyou know if your willing to wait. Called once while standing at check out multiple times for the phone to go unanswered.Finally, a bartender answered and got someone to assist me. Second time having Bird Dawgs and I am very disappointed. First time was at work and they were great, filled with everything the... menu says. A big mess of yummy goodness! Ordered a 15 buck chicken salad and they gave me ne small chicken strip. Wack. Second time in a row I?ve had a problem with my... takeaway (forgot onion rings and wrong sandwich last time). Double wack. Read more
Buffalo wild wings like it was all those years ago. Wings were huge and juicy. Wedges were a bit on the dry side but extra blue... cheese dressing helped. Becky at the bar was attentive and nice. Definitely going back often! Read more
