Came on 10/10/22 around 6:30pm to get me and my son food the order taker was very rude I said the first time I wanted 2 7dollar... your way meals and she was arguing with me that the meal only comes with one sandwich I said I get that that's why I said Iwanted 2 meals. Been going to this location for years & I have never had a problem. Not even once.
Ordered beyond meat burgers, not a whole lot of flavor. They should be flame broiler just like the whopper.
I went to burger King on ulster Ave tonight I had a order over $30 my order was supposed to have a #12 a #1 another order of... chicken fries and 3 8pc nuggets first I asked for sweet and sour sauce and got none. I didn't get my 1 order of chicken friesand only got 2 orders of nuggets not 3. So it was missing sweet and sour sauce an 8piece nuggets and a chicken fries. And I livenear Woodstock so wasn't coming all the way back. So I called and started explaining the issue and they hung up. I am livid.Don't go there!!! Read more
This would be a five star review but this location for some reason always forgets to put the sauce packets in the bag. The soda... machine needs servicing. IE new bag of coke syrup! Read more
Same as any other burger King except for the fact the staff closes the store at 11:30 instead of 12:00 as the website and chain... says it does. I understand employees don't want to stay late but it's not acceptable to routinely if not daily close yourbusiness earlier than the posted hours merely because it's more ideal for the staff and or manager / assistant manger. 1 stardue to this particular crew refusing to stay open to their posted and advertised hours. As much as I would like to rate higher. And I wish my review is better. I just simply cannot I ordered their sourdough sausage... breakfast sandwich the morning and when I on did the rapper there was a piece of lettuce in the wrapper. No I don't know aboutyou but what is doesn't belong with breakfast so yeah is the establishment really clean. O and there is a picture to prove it.Not only drop but the bread was not toasted and this is the 2nd time I've had a sourdough sandwich where the bread was nottoasted on the outside.
