Place is great just order ahead they are always very busy but they always get my order right

Wrong orders, double charged and long waits. Drive-thru line backed up into road and cvs parking lot. Skip this location.
1 guy taking orders. He tells me to go down to the other end to pickup my 2 coffees. Now, I'm thinking 1 of the 4 Gabby young... ladies at the other end will give me my coffees; NOPE! The guy at the other end filled my order, brought them to me in a drinkcarrier along with 1 cup for another person. He takes the 3 cups of coffee out of the carrier and calls out for customers toget their coffee. Now, there was ONLY the 2 of us waiting for coffee. I grabbed a drink carrier and put my 2 cups of coffeeback in a carrier to transport them to my car. Duh! Read more
Food was good. Tried grilled cheese with sun dried tomatoes and my husband had avocado toast. His was different from the... sandwich we had last week at another Dunkin-don't know if it was just regional as the other Dunkin said it was new. Had askedwhen ordering to cut them both in half and neither arrived cut in half. That was annoying. Read more
Lobby has been closed so mobile orders walking in have to use the drive thru instead and because of the parking lot is designed,... it's always very backed up and takes a long time to get to the point where you order even.. my coffees have been wrong latelyalso or not filled all the way ... I only go to this one because it’s the closest and convenient. With that said it’s the worst drive they almost always backed... up and if you go in you can see why there are more people moving slow then moving fast I have even seen people talking to eachother while my order is sitting on the counter. There is this one guy he almost always has colored hair he is great greets atthe window and always says have a great day and thank you.
