Always a good meal. The did give me chips instead of the apple I had ordered but the actual meal I had was wonderful. The soup... was hot and warmed me right up. I did the drive thru and I did wait a bit in my car but overall a good experience. Read more
This used to be such a great place! The drive thru has screwed my order up EVERY SINGLE TIME the last 5 times I have been here.... Get it together! The girl I always seem to get at the window is always distracted with yelling to coworkers laughing etcobviously can?t multitask so how about concentrating on customer service and getting orders right! Crowded at lunch time. Gave my wife the wrong side(got chips not the baguette). Line was maybe 8-9 deep but went fairly... smoothly. Because of all the people and the noise it felt rushed, we ate and left. Maybe some soothing music might help, dunnojust a bit hectic at that time with people running around getting their meals once the pager went off, filling their beverages,etc. Read more
It?s almost hard to believe how consistent this location is with getting your order wrong. They literally forget something every... single time I order. It has gotten to the point where I need to check the bag before I even walk away from the counter. If youask for a chocolate chip cookie they will give you an oatmeal raisin. Ask for a tuna sandwich and I?ll give you a chicken salad.It?s absolutely absurd. And they really don?t care when you bring it to their attention. I wish I could leave no stars. I paid $8 for a bowl of chicken soup, which is generally pretty good. This time I got a container... of broth with 3 noodles in it. Clearly your employees don?t care. Love this location. The staff is always friendly and the food Is delicious. The CHARGED Lemonades and bakery items are great!
My wife just brought home two Teriyaki Chicken Bowls. Food was delicious, but for $12.99 each, expected more than 1/2 bowl of... food! Maybe, the help there gives the extra to their friends or eats it themselves? Whatever the reason, certainly not worth it! Read more
