I enjoy the pizza at the Kingston Plaza location, so I figured I'd try this location. Ordered a meatball parm hero, to go. ... Disappointed. The sauce tasted burnt, the bread was falling apart when I got it home, most of the cheese had stuck to the paperwrapping, and the meatballs themselves were bland. Read more

Just wanted to let management know about the fabulous service that we received at your restaurant the last 2x we were there. The... one time Taviah (Mimi) waited on us at the counter and was so friendly and helpful- and the next time she along with Sam waitedon us. They are both so friendly , accommodating and made sure multiple times that we had everything that we needed. Theircustomer service is outstanding and feel they are both an asset to your restaurant. Pizza was 2 hours late. The first time I called, I was interrupted while trying to speak a few times. Very rushed like they... didn't want to deal with it. I was offered 2 free orders of garlic knots as an apology. Second time I called, delivery personwas on the way. Pizza arrived barely at room temperature (I live 3 minutes away) and no garlic knots.
