Horrible customer service. Waited so long in line. Barista did not know what to do with my boho offer. Then was given... instructions and had to ask again for instructions. Could not retain what he was just told. Once order was placed he wasfulfilling drinks for customers after me. Will never go back. Another barista said must of been a technical issue. I do order ahead pretty regularly. They are always correct although sometimes they take longer than expected. I personally don't... mind waiting. I feel for the bartistas. They always seem swamped, but remain friendly. Read more

I don?t know if I just have bad luck, but I have never waited less than 15 minutes for my order. The drive thru gets so backed... up, there are times it doesn?t move for 5+ minutes between cars. I?m assuming it?s the short staffing problems everyone has,but it?s 100% of the time faster to just go to the Barnes & Noble or Target down the road for Starbucks. Read more
