Go food, served quick and cheap by friendly staff. A&W is good quality, but pricy for what you get so bring a coupon. It will... save you a lot of money per purchase. Ordered sweet potato fries and paid the additional $3.99 and they were undercooked. It was busy and I noticed others complained... about the same thing who Ordered sweet potato fries! They had to wait for their sweet potato fries to be cooked again! I didn'thave time when on a lunch! Read more
Asked for dine in got a take out. The poutine grave was not gravy, it was Jello. I informed the guy and he told me it was the... last bit, if it was the last bit then stop searching it. The bun was rock solid. Worst A&W. Read more
Just went through drive thru. Ordered 3 meals. One burger was wrong and got 1 order of fries for all 3 meals. Went back, the... unfriendly woman handed me a corrected burger & fries. I told her I'm missing onion rings too. She rolled her eyes at me andshut the window in my face as I was answering her...she questioned me 'onion rings too?' Just got home and find out my MamaBurger is a plain Chubby Chicken! This place is listed as closed on line...until they find friendly, capable staff, I think itshould be! It's A&W. ???? I do enjoy the regular breakfast, the coffee (quite good), and that for a fast food place they use real plates... and cups. The staff here were pleasant even for being such an early start as I was the early bird and first through the doorthis day. This location is a convenient hop off the 401 and part of a gas station. Excellent A&W store in Kingston. Sandwiches are delicious, very well prepared. Store is clean, nice and neat. Fiddly and... courteous staff. Also, there's a drive thru and take out service. Read more
I've got a soft spot for A&W, but all bias aside the staff here are very quick and friendly. The food ALWAYS looks like the... picture and tastes even better. They do a great job! Keep up the good work! Read more
