I had a problem dealing with your store in Kingston, ONTARIO Bathroom #0328 location: 328 King Street, Kingston, On K7L 3B4 The... Manager was extremely rude. He should be fired from work at any customer service chain in the country. He has no manners atall. We were 3 adults, ordered 3 separate orders. While waiting for the delayed food order that tasted horrible by the way. Ijust took a bite from my sandwich and the manager yelled from the back of the kitchen, "Hey Guys, no eating here!!!" Seriously??? what can of attitude is this. I tell him we are waiting while standing for the rest of our order and his answer was " Idon't care " .... What kind of customer service is this where you are insulting your customers for waiting for their food? There was no seating allowed and I understand that after 10 but I simply took a bite from my own sandwich, where is the crime isthat? Due to my medical condition and respect of people with me, I did not want to make a scene and We left upset never to evergo to any A&W Location again. We also spread the word at our church convention and many people did not go to that location. Please train your staff and manager who think they are something important. Oh, I think also the food tasted horrible and youhave no ice for drinks and my root beer was warm not cold. So overall there is nothing good about A&W to ever visit again. The staff are rude, and liars. We ordered the all canadian breakfast and didn?t offer the coffee that came with it but made us... order a separate coffee and charged us for it. We then asked and they lied saying that we didn?t order the all canadianbreakfast that came with sausage. Absolute joke. Read more
Literally the WORST a&w in Kingston. Do not order from here. Cannot follow simple instructions to remove toppings. takes about... 25minutes to get your food when ordering in the restaurant. When ordered online food comes with the wrong toppings. Whenallergies are written in they are complete ignored and I cannot eat the food, the worst part is this happens in person too andthe staff laughs when told the food has been made wrong. Staff thinks it is funny when asked to remake. Absolutely horribleservice, not once have I ever received my order made correctly. Burned food 90% of the time, best advice is to order fromliterally any other one. staff does not clean the tables and food is handled with bare hands, absolutely disgusting. Ridiculous service !!!! Super slow, tables were dirty. Anjali who was taking the order was so slow, tables were dirty and when I... spoke to her and a male cook ( Indian guy with must-ache) said ?we can?t help it, the manager is not answering the call and youtalk to him?. He kept on throwing his manager under the bus. He said ?we all are trainees and we can?t help it. Manager doesn?tdo anything ! ? I am shocked by the carelessness and the lack of customer service at this store. To top it all Anjali startedarguing with me saying I was rude to that guy and that ?we can?t help anything. Manager is not helping. ? I told her is that youguys represent A& W and you can?t say ?talk to the manager ?. No apology. No empathy nothing. Huge line up. Dirty tables. Verybad place. Horrible service and dining experience. 1. waitress ordered wrong food even though I point out the food I want from the screen,... she still ordered it wrong. 2. Super long wait time. It took us 35mins to get the food.. A NEW way to define Fast Food. 3. Pricefrom the big screen is less than the price from the system. Check your bill before thr purchase. Read more
Staff are pleasant and service is quick. The food is normally top notch (even for fast food), atmosphere is light and... welcoming. Location is not wheelchair or mobility Impaired friendly, second set of doors are very heavy and hard to open evenfor an able-bodied person. Read more
It has been months since this incident and I have still not been offered a proper refund of my money. I waited over 20 minutes... for a hot dog at the market square location. Staff was very rude when I asked what the hold up was. When it finally was ready,I asked for a refund. Never did get the money back in my account though and they snatched the food back as well. Petty highschool kids running a restaurant. Not an adult in sight. Don't go to this hole. I essentially paid twenty dollars to wait twentyfive minutes and receive nothing in return.
