Great place and had great experience while Dine In. Must visit....????
One of the worst experience. One racist lady customer start shouting when we (me and my friends) we’re trying to call server... since we were waiting for food from a long time due to bad service and long waiting time. The lady created a scene and left theplace and triggered a fellow guy to do the same. Since we wanted to see the manager after all this, the manager being the same,didn’t show any courtesy and went to everyone else to know the scene except us whereas she should’ve approached us in thefirst place. Had lunch with family today, the service was excellent. We sat outside and had a little tough time with bees. The food was... average the Thai shrimp were excellent, the nachos were oily, the calamari was not great and presentation was terrible. Thespecial Friday offer for pizza was on the expensive side $12 for a small pizza and it was really small. Read more
This Boston Pizza is consistently bad. I ordered and when food arrived, most of it was overdone and dry, or cold and watery. I... spoke with the manager who was awesome about it, and offered to replace everything. I didn't order again though because I don'tbelieve it is safe for consumption (seriously). Read more
TERRIBLE! I ordered a chicken cesar salad that only came with 3 pieces/strips of chicken. Absolutely ridiculous. That isn't... enough meat for anyone, especially when the salad was $17, so I basically just paid $17 for lettuce!? You guys should ashamed ofyourselves sending out food orders like that. Idiots. I have never had a good Boston Pizza food experience. But this was absolutely excellent. Service was jammed with two teenage... girl soccer teams. But they were efficient, pleasant and I can’t believe how good it was with excellent portionsizes. Definitely worth it. Read more
Loved the vibe of this place, Our Server was the sweetest.. super quick service! we just got beers and two sharable!! for the... nachos, she recommended us to go half plate, thank god she did, that itself was too huge for us to finish… The cactus cutpotatoes was disappointing as most of it was almost burnt.. but over all good experience.. !! I am their regular customer, but today We had a worst experience at this location. A Karen yell on us because she was fully... drunk and we didn’t speak anything because she was a lady. But, Manager didn’t reach to us until we approach her and lateron Manager She offered us a freaking dessert as an apology . Listen, if we can pay $300-400 as a bill, we can also buy $5brownie. It should be better if you guys retrain your staff how to deal with these situations.’’ All I say it was totallybecause of race’’.
