Food was okay; nothing to write home about. Because it’s a chain, they carry only the conventional boring selection of beer.... With so many excellent micro breweries around, they should be showcasing local craft beers along with the standards. I washesitant about going there, and now I realize I should have listened to my instincts. I see the same issue with all the chainrestaurants. From now on I will stick to the wonderful privately owned and run bars and restaurants that grace the city ofKingston. Read more
Came with some friends on the Sunday of a long weekend (9/4/22). It seemed very short staffed. We waited a long time to get... served, even longer for our food, and then every longer to pay - it total more than 2 hours. The server was nice but our drinkswe consistently empty, food was sub-par, and the bathrooms were dirty. Giving the benefit of the doubt because it was a longweekend, and maybe staffing was tricky to get. I was not impressed with spending my money there. Read more
They were short staffed so we had a 10 min wait even though there were alot of empty tables. The greeter did not seem to be to... happy but the waitress we had was very pleasant and efficient doing her job.The food was excellent ???? Read more
Went to BP with my sports team. Our server was very nice and very new. Felt like we had her spinning but she held her... own. Biggest complaint was the waiting for a table when empty tables where all over the place. Maybe it was just short staffed.Stuff happens Read more
August 9th 2022 - Now I really wanted Boston Pizza so we decided to order in. We find this easier then going back out after... long days of working. We placed our order and things seemed to go as normal for delivery. Once the ordered arrived and westarted to open things it became clear there was an error. Knowing these things happen I called the store. The female I spokewith on the phone was understanding and asked me what was missing. When I explained that one of the pizza's we ordered wasmissing she offered to remake it if I wanted to come pick it up. I said sure that's not an issue, when I asked her how long sheput me on hold (not sure why but...) and when she came back its like she forgot what we just talked about and started to tell methey can't delivery the replacement for me - I was confused but again told her I would come pick it up and that would be okay. Iwas told 15 minutes and I could come and it would be ready. Great I thought! hahah jokes on me. I get to the store about 20minutes after speaking with her. There are a parties in the door way - party of 4 & party of 10 - I wait until I can get by asthey are not seating these people right now. (not sure why) I advance to the counter and tell the girl I am hear to pick up anitem that was missed from my order. She tells me okay - and I expected her to check to see if it was ready - OH NO she decidedto seat the party of 4 and then the party of 10 and then a party of three that showed up after me. Here I am now, 20 minutessince phone call and almost 10 minutes longer before she even checks with the kitchen. She walks off and arrives back not withmy pizza but with what I assume is a supervisor who tells me the kitchen made the wrong pizza - they offered to remake (or Iguess actually make) my order if I wanted to wait. IM SORRY I just drove here and waited for nothing?! Of course I have nochoice but to wait as the lady on the phone told me the store won't refund my order as it was delivery. Read more
Server was kind. Clean place. Served quickly. Order was wrong however. But very small detail and the server was so sympathetic... and gave us a free dessert. Honest mistake. And I would absolutely order the brownie next time! Read more
Waitress was pleasant and took orders correctly. It was a shame that the salads were wilted and came with very little dressing.... That would have been overlooked if when requested for a bit more to cover the dry salad an additional charge was added to ourbill. There were no other customers in restaurant section at the time but there were 6 of us for the order. A disappointingmeal. The french onion soup came as onions in a broth not a normal french onion with cheese etc. Read more
Our first time and it was on Caesar Sunday and there is no way the drink had any alcohol in it. I can say we ordered the... recommended pizza and was it not only horrible but cold. We told the server and we received the second which was at least hot. For the price the toppings were few, cheese was minimal and the crust nothing to brag about. We will not go back with so manyother amazing options in Kingston. Go across the street to East Side Mario's where prices are more reasonable and quality offood much better or up the way to Go Italian. We tried to go on and do a review and they want a credit card number to do alocation of you. Never heard of that before and without running a card you don't know where someone is located. Read more
