I love Chatime but my experience at Chatime Kingston is by far the worst bubble tea shop I?ve been to. The employees are... oblivious of what I ordered and took up to 30 mins to make my order, to add salt to the wound, they said that my order wasn?tready when I went to pick it up but it was just right behind the desk. I had a simple question about the... difference between signature and fresh milk tea and they gave me a complimentary second tea just so that I could compare the twoAND a free up-size voucher. Super fast service! Staff is very friendly and nice our favourite drink here is brown sugar pearl milk tea and we also tried... their seasonal drink that is purple aora and it was really awesome. My friend want to get jasmine jade, the skinny girl who wastaking our order gave us advice that it is their seasonal drink nowadays and it would be cheaper for us. Loved their service andbubble tea. This is the worst Uber-eats experience ever. I ordered a matcha latte with salted crema, but obviously, there?s no crema on... top. I payed for that! Also, I can barely taste the flavor of matcha. It?s just water. I will never reorder again. Read more
