I cannot believe this restaurant is still in service. My interaction with this restaurant was by far the worst customer service... experience I?ve ever had. I ordered on Uber eats and the food was ?out for delivery? for 3+ hours before they closed theirrestaurant and it never came. I called multiple times over the course of the 2nd and 3rd hour and every time they said 30 moreminutes. During the second last call they said their car broke down and could not confirm when the order would come. Every phonecall ended in them hanging up on me. I spent $40 on my order that was never refunded. I asked them multiple times to eitherdeliver the food or cancel my order so that I won?t be charged? they did neither. Ordered my food on Uber eats. Waited two hours after it was "supposed" to be delivered. Kept calling the restaurant, and the... person on the phone kept saying "it'll be another half hour" and then hung up. Eventually my order was marked complete. My foodnever arrived. I called the restaurant and they said "it'll be another hour or so, we don't use the drivers from their service"and then hung up on me, again. I am writing this review the following day... TERRIBLE food and service. Food safety is very questioning. The fish ball I ordered were ice cold inside. I had one bite and had... diarrhea afterwards. The custom service is unbelievably rude, kept arguing back against complains and refusing to refund. Theman didn?t even look up when talking to him. They don?t care about the customers at all. I work shift work and this place is open late all week i always order the dinner for 3 and it's always what you expect Chinese... food to be hot delicious goodness. Thanks dim sum for satisfying my late night Chinese food cravings. Read more
Should have trusted the reviews. I was swayed to try this place for the dim sum- I love bbq pork buns! They were obviously... frozen, the same quality you would get from the grocery store. Not only that, but the general tsos chicken looked identical tothe sweet & sour pork. I'm convinced they used the same sauce, and added a bit of hot sauce. The sweet & sour chicken tastesstrongly of shrimp- a telltale sign of old oil being used for frying. My chow mein dish had congealed fat globs throughout thesauce. Dogsh*t. The negative reviews are not kidding. They do their own courier service on doordash to avoid real support. I won?t be... going back here but this was easily the worst chinese food I?ve ever had. Had to throw out our meals, two chicken chow meinthat were undercooked and overcooked in different places, the lettuce was rotten and the only thing that tasted good was thediet coke but I?d not be surprised if that was messed up. I also ordered a Beef Lo Mein. Not 2 chicken chow mein, but one ofeach. The noodles are dry and crunchy in some place while soggy in others. This place is outrageous. I ordered pick-up on Uber and the App showed the order was finished and ready to pick up. But when I... arrived the store, they did not even start to make my order. I waited for an extra hour. In the meantime, someone came in andordered some food for take-out. That person got the food in ahead of me. The owner did not know what he was doing.
